“Theives. Ordered something back in January, had the money taken only to be told “no longer in stock, no date for getting stock” hrmm ok, ill take a refund then. 14 business days for the refund.. seems a long time but ok. Made contact again in april as still have received no refund. “We had a processing issue and IT are working through it” sure, contacted two weeks later, same issue 🙄 its now May; GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK YOU THIEVES! I wish I’d read reviews before ordering from you as i never would have. Do not order from them!”

“This is a fraud company. i have placed an order and when they failed to deliver i cancelled. i have never got my refund back and it has been a month. after several emails they claim they have a system failure thus the delay of refund but this is fraud. i was delayed to start my medicine and had to buy it somewhere else and i still didn't get my money back DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM”

“My order never progressed past processed, even though they said it had been sent. The order progress never changed. I requested my money back. After many emails and finally threatening to contact their directors i get a reply. They said it would take 14 days. After 20 days they told me that there was an IT issue ongoing and they would let me know ASAP. After 30 days they said it is all good it is being done as per the 14 day promise. I told them it has been nearly 45 days. No answer. Dishonest and a scam site. AVOID!!”

“I would put -100 stars but unfortunately it doesn’t exist. I made an order 3 months ago, they told me that the product is not in stock and they said I will get a refund. 3 months later still haven’t received a refund and no response. The worst webshop ever!!!!”

“***Do not buy from this site.*** Ordered hand Sanitiser on the 8th of March and was told delivery would be 20th - 23rd of March. It was shipped on the 31st but then it was back in Spain on the 14th of April, according to the tracking. I can’t get anyone to reply to my emails now. As I have paid for goods that have not been received, I am entitled to a refund - of course this isn’t happening either. Buyer beware - you probably won’t get your goods and won’t get a refund either.”

“Im tired of emailing about my refund. By now your system should be working and there’s no such thing of doing refunds chronologically!!! Do you take money from people chronologically??? No! I’ve read reviews of this company online and they are really bad! I want my money right now! You guys are taking advantage of what’s happening in the world right now. Taking orders and not shipping it out...and just taking peoples money. Give me my refund it’s been almost two months. This is disgusting.”

“My order was dispatched on April 14th. Today May 3rd I haven't received my order yet. I spent over £ 100. The customer service does not answer me. When you reply it is an automatic message, give me a link that does not work, and on the Hermès website my shipped number does not exist. My order is gone. I want my money back . But I'll call my bank to cancel this operation. And if I can't resolve this with the bank, I'll go to the police here in London to report the company.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE I ordered from this site on the 14th, I didn’t receive my parcels for so long I tried to cancel and then they sent me a email saying that it was on its way, I then waited ages again tried emailing them, No luck, I’ve just started received my parcels and they have arrived with a tire mark on the package and to my surprise the products where broken and unusable, fuming is an understatement, be aware ...”

“I purchased a Purell hand sanitizer 3/2020 then received an email that it’s out of stock so I tried to cancel it ans Right after cancelling they replied that my order is on the way. So I waited for weeks to a month my order didn’t arrive. There’s no contact number to call si I emailed multiple times - no luck. I disputed it in my bank. Beware.”

“Disgusting service, never answer emails, told bank not to pay, they waited 3 months and tried again, the bank paid, I have now cancelled the order, finally managed to find a way and they are still sending it to me. NEVER order from these people, once they have you they never let go!!! Asked several times before to cancel the periodic delivery and they never bothered to get in touch.”

IF YOU MAKE AN ORDER ONCE WITH THIS COMPANY , THEY WILL CONTINUE TO SEND YOU RECIPTS FOR PURCHASES YOU HAVEN'T MADE AND WILL EMPTY YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. DO NOT ORDER ANOTHER BANK CARD WITH YOUR BANK UNTIL YOU HAVE HAD YOUR FUNDS RETURNED AND THEY ARE PROSECUTED. THEY WILL ACCESS YOUR DETAILS AGAIN (THEY HAVE EVEN ACCEDDES MY 3 DIGIT PIN ON NEW CARD THAT I HAVEN'T GIVEN TO ANYONE OR ANY DEVICE. THIS IS A CRIMINAL ORGANISATION. PLEASE STAY WELL CLEAR. THEY ARE RUTHLESS.”

“Yes, I agree. They are stealing from people, and this website is fraudulent. I will have to notify my bank, and they will have to issue me a new credit card, because Carethy keeps charging me without my permission, and there is no way to delete my credit card information from their website”

“AVOID at any cost. This company's a scam. You will never see your order and will never get your money back. I placed my ordered back in March. After sending countless emails, they said they're going to cancel my order and make a refund. Yeah, sure. Weeks passed and nothing happened. Luckily, I lost only £18.”

“I've been scammed. They tell you product is on its way. You track it, after awhile they go backwards on the tracking. One time tracking showed it was in the city next to me then all of a sudden it's being processed in Jamaica. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I should have read the reviews before ordering.”

“Worst company ever. I ordered hand sanitizer which never came and later they claimed it's cancelled. Next comes the nightmares of chasing them for the refunds. Their customer service keeps emailing me saying the refunds failed. It's the same messages resent again and again. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANAY”
