“The information is very helpful. My only complaint is the price is quite steep. When looking at multiple cars, it can get expensive pretty quickly.”

“Would have been perfect if the last owner before us had been listed and shown that the diesel had been modified (a no-no for longevity) with a chip etc. We definitely would have thought twice about the purchase, had we known.”

“Great customer service via email. The lady acknowledged the hiccup due to system error and issued me the refund immediately. And thanks. The report itself however is not what it used to be and that's due to several factors, one being not every shop/dealership shares info with Carfax also not every minor damage or accident is reported either. One thing they can improve and it is within the company's reach, more accurate vehicle information as far as equipment and all..”

“When a mistake was made on my Carfax report it was corrected. It took about 2 weeks but it was corrected! My vehicle had never been in an accident as previously reported.”

“Got the information my daughter needed to buy car. Yesterday 2/13/2020 car stopped running in the middle of an interstate, no power. So guess the previous owner was not as truthful as Carfax was on paper! But I will still use carfax again when the need arises. Thanks for your service!”

“I bought a 2003 mini 137000 miles with a blown engine, I got car fax history. I then bought a used engine with 34000 also got car fax to verify mileage . LKQ keeps vin on the used engine they sell. Car is back on the road and in excellent condition”
