The fact that none of it can be proved, that any willy nilly can claim work was done or not done, the fact that a dealership mechanic can add or not add to it. Biggest waste of my money ever as I got stuck with a pos car based on a car fax reported cant even get my money back. FU CAR FAX.

The Carfax report included a lot of good helpful history information about my son's 2006 Mustang GT. The information gave us the confidence we were looking for when buying a 14 year old car. We will definitely use Carfax again.

Report was well worth the cost to help make a final decision on a purchase and develop my offer. Multiple reports helped me compare two cars and rule one out based on its maintnenabce history.

Service Department will not response in a timely manner. Sold car in an car accident that causes lots of headache and stress for us because of the problem which never been resolve.

The Cadillac CTS 2016 seems to be what Carfax said, so far no issues with car with about 6K miles put on recently.

I liked the look of the report and the ease of ordering. There was a slight hiccup in ordering which was resolved by Carfax.

Now that you asked. At about 2010 I bought a 2007 Mustang GT and depended on your services. I would like to grade CARFAX acceptable but because of my experience I can't. I assume your company only look at collision damages and depend on police reports of mishaps. After my extra warranty run out unfortunately something broke. I am not talking bout normal wear and tear on my time of ownership. It cost me about $600 to get fixed and replaced. The driver electric seat gave up. Later on finding out it has been gutted and jury rigged I would say to last long enough to get out of the lot. If customers like me are costing too much in their pockets for repair, your services were not thorough and I have a lesson learned: Not to depend on your services too much. When I got my recent 2018 F-150, I did not expect CARFAX for the interior. I am just hoping everything will be good. Little things breaking but it cost customers too much $. Because CARFAX failed to point it out the little things.

Bought a 2005 Pontiac Bonneville GXP sight unseen primarily based on the Carfax report. Incredible car both inside, outside, and everything mechanical.
