“My first order with Carroll’s I had placed 2 orders about 1 week apart My 2nd order arrived but not the first didn’t, so I contacted Carroll’s by email stating I received my 2nd order but the 1st one hasn’t come Carroll’s didn’t hesitate to offer a full refund or a new set of glasses no questions asked I was blown away by there sincere help I glasses arrived the next day, so I sent a email stating if they had already sent a new shipment of glasses I would be happy to pay however my email arrived first I want to sincerely thank everyone involved at Carroll’s with my ordeal for going above and beyond with your sales service for it’s one of a kind Many thanks”
