“This has been a terrible shopping experience for me. I ordered and received a quiet man flat cap. I normally wear a large but this hat is much too large. I don't know if it it mismarked or these hats run large. I have tried for a month to exchange it for a smaller size. I have been dealing with your customer service and was promised labels to sent it back. A week went by no labels. Tried again with the promise of labels and again nothing after another week of waiting. Then a refund was suggest and I agreed. Again nothing. I am lost as to what to do next. An exchange is always been a simple process but clearly not with your company. Dan”
