“Never got a purchase confirmation so I ordered again because it said i didn't purchase bowl and was still in my cart. So I was stuck buying 2 bowls and paying for separate shippings and they would not let me cancel an order. Never got shopping information either. So probably will not order from them again.”

“Carrolls Irish Gifts are of an extremely high standard, even the quality of the packaging is of a high standard. The gifts are very well wrapped and the pictures of the gifts on your website do not always show their true beauty and quality. All I could say when I unwrapped the items was, "wow, wow, wow". I am extremely happy and impressed with the speed at which you delivered my orders. I am due to place a third order once I return from holiday and l look forward to receiving these items. My only disappointment was I was unable to make payment for my second order online and had to enlist the help of Sakshi who was extremely helpful. I did relay to her how impressed I was with the gifts and asked her to pass my feedback on. I will certainly encourage others to purchase from your website. Please keep up your tremendous efforts in providing such high-quality gifts, and the wonderful service you provide.”
