“Excellent calendar, however, you did not need to send it in such a large box. You could have sent it in a large envelope with a much lower shipping charge.”

“We had a last minute idea for a special event planned with friends. Our engraved Guinness pint glasses were a treasured gift for all attending our week long stay on Hilton Head Island. 40 year friends deserve only the best quality and Carroll’s delivered!”

“My 5-star rating is definitely warranted. The tracking # I was given was originally not trackable via the postal carrier provided. However customer service communicated with me daily. I let them know when I was finally able to track the shipment via our carrier here in the states. My order was a gift and even though Carrolls did not tell me they were going to do so, they sent the recipients the gift twice. I don't know if it was intentional to cover the tracking/shipping confusion but it sure was appreciated!”

“I purchased this because of the bright green color as advertised. Soooooo disappointed that it is a super dark ugly army green and no where near what is pictured. Extremely unhappy but not worth sending back so I’m stuck with the ugliest raincoat I’ve ever seen. I will never use it waste of money.”
