“Unfortunately late delivery meant that my mum didn't get her Christmas present until after Christmas. Having said that she was pleased with the gift.”

“Gift arrived damagedand shipping says my parcel got shipped and is still in the US even though it’s not, it was just delivered two weeks later/ Unsure why it was shipped to US when I’m in UK from Ireland. Not environmentally friendly”

“I bought a gift for a family member in the US. It was beautiful and arrived very quickly. I was disappointed however that there was no option to write a gift note so she would know who it was from and it also arrived with the price sticker on it.”

“I have subscribed to the 12-month subscription box for my mother. The latest box received included a pair of Guinness socks, an Ireland ornament, a Gnome, a herb candle, a wine glass and a crushed item that I cannot identify...it appears to be a Guinness ornament but it is shattered into a million pieces. I never receive any notification of shipment or what is to be included in each monthly shipment.”

“I was pleased with the products themselves and they were shipped in a timely fashion. I was NOT happy with their prices, especially when two of the items that I received (a set of earrings and a necklace) had a price tag on them that was 40% lower than what I was charged.”

“Great hampers but would love more variety of Irish goods eg. Chef brown sauce, Coleman mustard, Barry's or Lyons tea Bisto gravy powder etc. Especially when sending to loved ones abroad these are some of the thing they cannot get in canada”

“Good selection of items on the website but still haven't received my item from an order placed on 17th November. Based within Scotland so i acknowledge that my purchase is being sent to a non-EU country and recent postal UK strikes have been taken place. Hopefully it will arrive soon.”

“Carroll High Street Belfast are selling items at different prices even when converted to Sterling. My online order was sent to wrong courier service had to ring and the lady in customer service was brilliant she had the order with me in days . Might be idea if u could offer click and collect in your Belfast City centre store .”

“Reason not giving 5 star as glasses were broke when they arrived .Seriously who does not wrap glasses in bubble wrap for transport can't get my head around that in a to big of a box and only strawlike material to protect them”

“First of all I received a wrong order. I got the Guiness Golf Gift Basket. Returned that one and requested the original Large set of Ireland Golf Gift Basket. Received that however included in the box I got two Ireland 5 piece Golf gift set and the Exclusive to Carrolls Irish Gifts Golf Gift set 3 Parts was not included.”

“I ordered a large cardigan, and unfortunately I was sent a XXXL Given that the intended recipient of this cardigan is not morbidly, obese or overweight. It was somewhat disappointing. However, the garment itself is beautiful and I will probably buy another one. Although I will likely send an email to make certain that they know the right sizing.!”
