“Reason not giving 5 star as glasses were broke when they arrived .Seriously who does not wrap glasses in bubble wrap for transport can't get my head around that in a to big of a box and only strawlike material to protect them”

“First of all I received a wrong order. I got the Guiness Golf Gift Basket. Returned that one and requested the original Large set of Ireland Golf Gift Basket. Received that however included in the box I got two Ireland 5 piece Golf gift set and the Exclusive to Carrolls Irish Gifts Golf Gift set 3 Parts was not included.”

“I ordered a large cardigan, and unfortunately I was sent a XXXL Given that the intended recipient of this cardigan is not morbidly, obese or overweight. It was somewhat disappointing. However, the garment itself is beautiful and I will probably buy another one. Although I will likely send an email to make certain that they know the right sizing.!”

“There are a wonderful array of irish quality gifts. I was planning on placing a Christmas order soon but unfortunately was disillusioned with my first recent order. Within minutes of the online order being placed, I immediately sent a message to cancel as it was not the Butlers Hazelnut Praline that I had thought. As I live in the US, it’s not like I could call someone with the 7 hour difference. It was 8pm over there. A couple days later, a response came saying I could just refuse delivery…not so as it comes in a community mail box. It was annoying to say the least. I would reconsider placing a future order with Carrolls if you could provide at least a 20% discount or free shipping.”

“I did receive my order Of the spoon, salt and pepper shaker and the bowl. I shipped anther order from Dublin that I received sweatshirt, sci-fi’s, candy and a T-shirts I was disappointed to find out that one of the T-shirts that I bought had a rip sleeve at the seam, very disappointed. I would’ve thought of the employee packing the box would’ve noticed the sleeve was ripped at the seam about 3 inches”

“Unfortunately the wrong item was sent to me - different to what the picture showed. The customer service was very good in that they sent me another one straight away but unfortunately this was the same as the first one! I’ve given up now and am making do with what they sent me.”

“My order was different gifts for my family Due to lack of time I ordered online Everything ok, except I expected to receive the envelopes headed like in the shop, and not a box with all the gifts one on top of the other without even be placed individually in a plastic bag For this reason I was not fully satisfied!”

“Contrary to their usual, Carrolls this time delivered substandard: the chopping board was scratched (we bought an identical one before and it was perfect), the cups were not individually wrapped for shipping, they did no break in transit but I wanted to bring them with me abroad to somebody as a gift. Previously I bought the same cups and they were individually wrapped. I won't be buying in this shop again.”

“Having previously ordered and been extremely happy, I was very disappointed when my order of 24th May still hadn’t arrived by 7th June. However, on contacting you, your response was excellent and a replacement order was received by me today. So on your response I give you 5 stars. Thank you”
