“Gift was left in garden with no notification left for my friend. Luckily I text so she was able to find it... very much enjoyed all her treats!”

“The product did not show justice to the price with respect to the size n make quality. Looks cheap. But my poor lil kid who is currently obsessed with ship toys loved it being a model of titanic. The shipping n delivery speeds were awesome👌”

“My first order was the incorrect color. The shirt was black but had a navy tag. I had ordered navy. After sending an email, Carroll's Irish Gifts is sending a replacement.”

“The ordered whisky glasses are packed so that they are stuck together. They cannot be removed without breaking the other glass. In addition, one has cracks in it. These glasses were going to be a gift, but now I can't give them as a gift. How do I deal with this?”

“The items ordered satisfied mg expectance yet I'm not satisfied of delivery service, ithe order has been sent on 8th of july and on 12th it back to Dublin tracking didnt work as I wished..however after an open ticket I receveid everything on 24th ... delivery service and tracking could be improved..”

“Ordered some t-shirts from their website, only to get an email (on a Saturday) telling me they don't have them in stock. After we discussed the options over email, I was sent replacement T-shirts, which were a little bit more expensive than what I originally bought, without extra costs for me. That's a plus. However, I was in a rush to receive them so I was very disappointed that their stock control is ridiculous... It's the first time in over 1000 online orders that I buy something and then I get an email saying '' sorry, we do not have your items in stock''”

“Hi, whilst it probably has nothing to do with Carroll’s, I felt really let down how small the two Baileys Easter eggs were. However, the service and delivery from Carroll’s themselves was exemplary. Delivery was within 3 days if order from Ireland to UK. Carroll’s have some lovely items for sale also, so will probably be looking again at the website in the future”

“Website needs to be updated to show correct year of calendaars available. Wen item is o longer available correct year of calendar.. I appreciate the refund, but probably will not be able to use the 2024 calendae substituted in order.”

“Has everything I wanted, but only if I ordered from two different sites. Had to order candy directly thru their website, and then order shot glasses thru Amazon that Carrolls fulfilled. When I reached out to them, they refused to put both on the same order, thus resulting in my paying shipping twice 🙄”

“Fantastic product, even better than I expected. Downside was the service, I paid for express delivery as I needed it a week later for a birthday present. Shipping was really slow meaning it arrived two days after I needed it. Very poor responses to email queries”

“Unfortunately my first experience was not the best. I made an online order of 2 items for a gift for a family member and over a week after I placed the order I was told one of the items was not on stock. Very disappointing as this also meant that the order had not yet been shipped and I asked about this and got no reply.”

“What came of the gift was top quality and was really enjoyed by the recipient but unfortunately there was a comment suppposed to have been etched on pint glass which did not happen ( but was charged for). I made representations to the company which were acknowedged in the first instance but subsequently ignored. For that reason I would be reluctant to recommend to a friend. Pity.”

“Hi Team, I was a bit disappointed as one item was missing from the hamper. I would normally get hampers delivered directly to the intended recipient but was hand delivering this so I checked it first. I put in a substitute item myself. I wouldn’t have known otherwise so I would be hesitant to order from you in the future especially if the hamper is going directly to the recipient. Presentation was nice and items were good. Thanks Linda”

“I bought an Aran button cardigan for my husband, I am very disappointed with the finishing of the button holes they are very flimsy and not the quality you would expect for an Aran sweater, there should be an extra strip to firm up that area as the buttons are hard to close , please check it out and let me know if anything can be done. Yours faithfully Joan Brennan”
