“Carroll's should not use postal service, i.e. DHL, for foreign address dispatch. Preferably DPD, UPS or similar; despite eventual cost to customer. The amount of time wasted, trying to collect my parcel over several days, was way beyond acceptable. Still have to overcome the quite considerable annoyance suffered during delivery of first order.”

“Had several orders from Carrols and up until the last order they have been fine.But there were 2 problem with the last order.: 1. The polaroid sunglasse were not in the black case when i opened the gift-i am very disappointed 2.The leather black belt on wearing it first time ,the plastic protection layer covering the belt became unstuck-i have not returned it as yet but again sadly disappointed. “Actually as it happens I never received my order. I ordered a leprechaun costume on 17th April & said it would be delivered 21st. I went on holiday 23rd & still no order when I returned. I live in N Ireland but the item went to Stansted & shipping cost £9.87!!! I don’t actually know what happened to the item as I contacted customer support to complain & then ask for a refund. I got my refund quite quickly. So I was disappointed about not getting my item & of course the cost of shipping as there is a shop in Belfast.. why not send it there ?? I’ve given a 3 * only because of the quick refund.”

“The goods were spot on but the postage was ridiculous........almost to a penny the same as the value of. This is in contrast to Gifts Direct and Paddy Box. Similar contents half the delivery charge . Need a serious revision of postage.”

“T-shirt we ordered was not at all what was shown in picture. Colour was completely different. Chocolate leprechauns were disappointing. Crisps over priced compared to other stores for small packet. Other items were fine.”

“The item (Guinness shirt-XXL) ran very small. You should say that in your ad. I gave the item away to a friend that wears XL. Fits him perfect. Really wanted it for St Paddy's Day. Very disappointed.”

“Ordered 2 x water flasks, which are very nice and a Guiness bronx hat which is also perfect for cold weather, however the mug i ordered came smashed to pieces due to bad packaging, could have wrapped the item better, putting a bit of bubble wrap around a ceramic mug that is being sent abroad is not the best idea for a fragile item.”

“Désolé, mais j"attend encore une partie de ma commande. Sur les 17 paquets commandés, je n'ai reçu que le colis 2/2 soit 8 paquets. Pourquoi faire 2 colis !!! Sorry, but I'm still waiting for part of my order. Of the 17 packages ordered, I only received the 2/2 package with 8 packages. Why do you make 2 packages !!!”

“Order went very smoothly, arrived very fast also. The only thing is the writing that was engraved on the glass is close to impossible to see. With or without drink in it you have to really make an effort to read/see it.”
