“Désolé, mais j"attend encore une partie de ma commande. Sur les 17 paquets commandés, je n'ai reçu que le colis 2/2 soit 8 paquets. Pourquoi faire 2 colis !!! Sorry, but I'm still waiting for part of my order. Of the 17 packages ordered, I only received the 2/2 package with 8 packages. Why do you make 2 packages !!!”

“Order went very smoothly, arrived very fast also. The only thing is the writing that was engraved on the glass is close to impossible to see. With or without drink in it you have to really make an effort to read/see it.”

“I had a very difficult time getting my order to go through on the website. I actually just gave up trying to place my order, when my original order was delivered! I was more than satisfied with the merchandise that arrived. But I don’t know why the order process was such a nightmare. I tried to send a text to alert them to the issue, but never received an acknowledgement that they received my text.”

“Bonjour, Je ne peux noter vos articles que mes filles n'ont jamais reçus. Le colis a bien été présenté à l'adresse, mais n'a pas été livré, alors que mes filles étaient présentes dans l'appartement à ce moment là. Depuis, le colis a malheureusement disparu, vous a t il été retourné ? Nous sommes très déçus, vos produits avaient l'air très sympas, vous devriez peut-être changer de transporteur, qui n'a fait aucun effort pour que ce colis arrive à bon port. Nous avons même été avisé que le colis avait transité par ... les USA !!! N'espérant malheureusement plus le recevoir, je me vois dans l'obligation de vous demander le remboursement ? “Ordered one medium and a large to get the right size told they were in stock, Sadly after a while refunded for the large which probably would have been the best fit and the order took so long to arrive, it will be my first and last.”

“There were a lot of changes in the hamper i got. Granted it was Christmas and I’m sure they were just trying to sort out out but a cheese cutter thing was missing and that was a bit of a decider for me. Otherwise, decent and fair value.”

“I still haven't received your order, I ordered it 3 weeks ago, so I ordered it on December 13 and I haven't received it until January 7, I know there were holidays in between, but I usually receive all other orders from Europe within a few days. Please make an inquiry where the package got stuck! Very nice cups i got on january 12th so 1 day less than 1 month after the Order, Christmas -New year gift went to hell. Too bad they are really nice cups!”
