“I placed 2 orders for Christmas presents before the Xmas post deadlines. One of the par les arrived on 21/12 but the other one is still with An Post in Dublin since 30/12. Very bad and disappointing service! I called your customer service office and I tried to speak to a staff member, very difficult to understand her, useless service! Waste of an international call! Also your website is really really poorrrrrrrr. Very limited products compared to your shops in Dublin. I won’t be shopping with you again. Very disappointed!!!!!”

“The products are good quality but I am struggling with the customer service The first order, the item arrived in the wrong size. I still have not received a refund for it The second order I wasn't happy with the fit so I need to return it but noone is replying to me I now need two refunds and I don't know how to get them”
