“I've loved my experience with Carrolls and have ordered from them twice. My first order was for 4 mugs...unfortunately the packing was not done quite right, and all 4 mugs were broken. I emailed customer service, and they promptly offered to refill the order, no questions asked. I received a replacement order promptly and undamaged. I placed my second order for a variety of items (chocolate, Taytos, sweater, beanie) - the order arrived quickly and perfectly packaged. Everything was of great quality as well and made for great gifts. I will definitely order from Carroll's again in the future.”

“Placed an order for Christmas presents, it came on time. There was a missing item, I emailed and got a reply within 10 mins and was refunded within a couple of days as the item was out of stock. I would 100% order from carrolls again 🥰”

“I still HAVE NOT received my order so how can I write a review that you would be happy with. Refund would be good at this point as it was a christmas gift I orderd. I also contacted you through your contact page and I am still waiting for you to reply with an update.”

“I ordered at the start of Dec for a gift to be sent to new Zealand for Christmas still hasn't arrived very annoyed as there was no info to say there is a delay or evening my tracking hasn't updated since the 10th of Dec”

“Selected U.K. shipping, way before the Christmas cut off dates, item was accidentally shipped to the United States, tracking still says it’s there even weeks after, Said I would be offered a refund which I agreed to, week later no response and no refund.”

“I ordered 3 items as a Christmas gift for my nephew and one item arrived broken. Due to postal strikes I didn’t think the replacement would arrived in time for Christmas but to my surprise it arrived on Christmas Eve. Well done Carroll’s for getting the replacement sent out so quickly”
