“I was excited to place an order for a birthday gift only to have it not arrive and for customer service to not respond (even with a claim that the ticket would be responded to in 24 hours). I even reached out to them via Instagram but again could see my messages were read but no reply. I messaged them first on Dec. 20th and got a reply on Dec 27th. Needless to say, I don't have a special gift to give to my friend and the replies that came after though courteous and apologetic, were little consolation.”

Our team are working very hard to try and reply as quick and efficient to all customers but have a high volume of emails during the Christmas period which has meant an unfortunate longer response time. “I have not received my package yet! I received an email on December 8 that said my order was on the way, but it hasn't arrived yet. I placed the order on December 4 to guarantee Christmas delivery and am so disappointed that nothing has been delivered 🙁”

Hi Debbie, I am so sorry to hear this. Unfortunately we were experiencing delays with orders being shipped with Royal Mail due to the ongoing strikes. “The sweater I ordered for a Christmas gift was delivered faster than expected and my husband has worn it every day since. It's truly lovely. The weave is looser than other sweaters of this type we have, but that has turned out to be a good thing. I often overheat in my 70-year-old cardigan.”

“I have place an order on the 4th of December, it was sent in the 10th, on the 14th has left An Post in Dublin. Last saturday I got an information that 1 item wasn't sent.. which is strabge because on the 10th I got information that my whole order is on the way to me.. Today is the 29th and I stil haven't reserved my order.. 2 days ago I got information that it was lost.. and I was asked if I want to resend it, I reply that Yes I want to send it again but not with an post but No reply.. I' Berry dissapointed with your serwis, it supposed to be Christmas gift for my mum..”
