“Absolutely fantastic customer service. I placed an order before Christmas and was worried when the tracking stopped for several days at UK Customs in case it had been lost and it wouldn't arrive in time. I contacted Customer Service and received an immediate response confirming that parcels were being held up due to the postal strikes. The parcel then arrived on time as promised, the mugs are beautiful and my friend loved her gift. I will certainly be back again - many thanks :)”

“Ordered a gift basket as a Christmas gift; it’s a good job we had it delivered to our own address and not that of the intended recipient as a number of items were missing. In fairness, customer service did issue a refund commensurate with the value of the missing goods, but I’ll also argue that was the bare minimum we were due under the circumstances, and we were still left to source alternative items on our own. We won’t be ordering again.”

“After having ordered Irish hampers for the US from other companies, I found the Carrolls website not only easy to deal with but to also feature a good selection of options at reasonable prices. I have found hampers from most companies generally tend to be overpriced, but Carrolls' hampers provide good value for money. I ordered three, and all arrived in the US in good time for Christmas.”

“I purchased Christmas gifts for my daughter from Carrolls and she was very happy with them. She loves O'Neill's shamrock shortbread cookies and I ordered them from Carrolls. I was concerned that they would be all broken during shipping because I had read reviews from customers of other merchants. The customer service person at Carrolls assured me that they packed everything carefully so I went ahead and ordered from them. Christmas morning finally came and the cookies were perfect. Not a single broken one!! I also bought soap and an ornament for the tree from Carrolls and both were well received. I am very happy that I decided to buy from them.”

“waiting on a response regarding a refund thats due, order wasn’t available, wasnt advised either until it wasnt in the delivery. Had to email to find out!! I wont shopping with you again. If the refund has been sent i will write another review but not shop again”

“I bought a gift for a family member in the US. It was beautiful and arrived very quickly. I was disappointed however that there was no option to write a gift note so she would know who it was from and it also arrived with the price sticker on it.”
