“Absolutely delighted with my products the jumper I got for my partner was beautiful great quality and the size was perfect..he loved the fit and colours said it was one of the best fitting jumpers he got in a long time…Excellent service and delivery I would highly recommend them..”

“I’m so glad we found Carroll’s online and we’re able to get Butlers hot chocolate to the Uk. My husband used to work in Dublin and bring it home to me, but since he stopped working there we had been unable to get hold of it. Thank God for Carroll’s I say! It was easy to order, and delivery was quick. Thank you so much, I will be back again. 😊”

“One item was not available but I wasn’t informed until the package had been sent - so I had no chance to choose a replacement item - I should not have been able to select it if the size was unavailable at the time I ordered. Then the package finally arrived just in time for Christmas- one gift missing (the personalised wine glasses ) even though it stated on the contents list that they were in the package. I’m very disappointed in Carroll’s - a second order (to another family member in England ) has not been opened yet - they will open them Christmas morning - but now I have no faith that all the order will be there. It’s all very unsatisfactory.”

“Our parcel first went missing, but then was delivered in no time. Thank you for your support. I really do love that cardigan (so warm, I really do adore it), the chocolates and the beautiful scarf. Highly addictive. :) Can't wait for the next time. Thanks again.”

“Only giving 1 star as there is no lower option. Absolutely awful company to deal with. Ordered 4 weeks ago. Tracking number given was a dud - no Tracking info on it at all, all month. Very slow to respond to email/contact queries. After 3 weeks the reply of "must be lost in transit we'll resend your order", then next day "sorry we are now out of stock, we will issue you a refund soon", still waiting on the refund. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR ANYTHING- would rather go without!!!!!!”
