“I was very pleased to find I could order Cambridge’s bread from you. My previous supply chain had been ends because of the “dreaded” Brexit. Your ordering and delivery system was really good. However, because of extra charges I imagine are import duties, the product is now 33% more expensive. That is the only barrier to further orders. Thank you for your service.”

“Disastrously substandard. NOT recommended. The company shipped my items to a different zip code in DC (I live in Maine). They confused my (partial) phone number with my zip code. As a result, it has been over 3 weeks that I have been waiting for this package, with date sensitive gifts. The package seems to have been lost in the mail and I am going to dispute this transaction. The company carelessly and negligently sent this package to the wrong address. To add insult on an injury, they are ducking all responsibility. AWFUL experience.”

“I received the Irish golf hamper after ordering the luxury hamper. I emailed to get the items in the box changed round because I ordered the luxury box for the pocket watch, hat and wallet. But I have had no response to my email. Very disappointed”

“The order came in a very large box full of paper. I thought it would come in a box that could be decorated to give as a gift box. I ordered an apron which I still haven't received even though I got on to your offices and the girl said she would send it out. You offered me 15% discount and the apron for free. As I said to the girl all businesses are struggling so leave it at 10% discount and don't refund the apron. I still haven't received it. Won't be ordering again”

“I wanted the ones with the stripes that extended to the back side, but they are only white on the back. My fault, though, as I did not check. Still and all, I received what I ordered. I just ordered the wrong ones!”

“Irish gifts were good, however, I felt that delivery and understanding of the customer was not so generous. I was given the option of standard delivery or Express. I took express the package was delivered until three days after Easter and was ordered 4 days previous to Easter. When I questioned this I was told it was the same fee for both. Really my concern was that I wished and paid for speedy delivery, as that was the choice I was given initially. The customer services individual told me if I was not happy that when the package arrived, I could send it back. This was still not an option, as the package was a gift, that I was not personally receiving, I was the purchaser. I felt dismissed.”
