“I have ordered 2 key rings as a gift for someone. one for her and another for him. I have paid for the delivery €16. One of them looks exactly as on the picture, second one came completely scratched. First I have asked if they could send the new one to me but they couldn't guarantee that it will arrive on time. Got the refund for the scratched key ring but delivery wasn't covered at all. Couldn't give the gift on the end as I had only one... Get very disappointed. Communication via email went very quick. That the only thing on plus.”

“I am very disappointed in the quality of the bracelet , I have only worn it for 2 weeks and the elastic cord has already shredded and frayed to the point it will snap . how can i go about getting a refund or replacement ?”
