“I bought 3 gifts for my son, one of which was an Aran jumper. He loves it; the Merino wool is so soft and the quality is superb. Other items (Guinness T-shirt and slipper socks) were also good quality and I will definitely be returning to this website.”

“I haven't received my order as of yet ... I am assuming that it may have been held up due to the recent short closure of the Suez Canal ... I am keen to receive the T-shirt so that I can try it on because I am not too confident that it will fit me ... some brands I take a small others a medium ... I have purchased shirts / T-shirts from Carrolls in the past and a small has been an ok fit so there is some hope.”

“Very bad. Sent wrong sizes of 2 hoodies I bought. Happened exactly the same to a friend time ago, I though it was a particular case, but apparently you are used to send wrong things. I will Never buy with you again”

“Not great experience to be honest. Ordered two candles and a hand cream set on a Tues/Wed and got order confirmation. Then received an email on the Sunday telling me those items were out of stock and to pick from another list of scents. Replied to that picking from the list to receive another email advising those were also out of stock. Picked a third time, not ordering the scents or sets I actually wanted. Would have just cancelled the order and ordered elsewhere but it was so last minute hearing about the stock and they were a gift so I had no time to do so.”

“My Hubby is a massive Guinness fan and I used to get items for him from Carrolls when I visited Dublin. So I was chuffed to be able to order online and get delivery to Scotland for his Birthday treats. Such an amazing range to chose from!”
