“My Hubby is a massive Guinness fan and I used to get items for him from Carrolls when I visited Dublin. So I was chuffed to be able to order online and get delivery to Scotland for his Birthday treats. Such an amazing range to chose from!”

“I was disappointed the order I placed took so long in coming.While I appreciate that this was due to the effects of Covid and staffing issues, but why was I not informed earlier that the was the case. I waited 3 weeks before I got in touch with you about the long delay! I think an email explaining the situation would have been more acceptable. I was then told that my ordered item was not available!! This was a special present that I'd ordered to be forwarded on to India and the time delay was not appreciated especially as I had to chase the order up myself. I think an email to explain the delay would have been more acceptable”

“I placed my order on March 26th and the order confirmation said delivery would be 12-16 days - at the 16 day level that would be an expected delivery by April 11th. It is now April 17th and the delivery is 6 days overdue - the tracking number indicates the order has not left Ireland.”
