My parcel was ordered on the 16th of January it has been Australia from the 31st of January and still hasn’t been delivered I ordered this to be delivered for a special birthday and I I’ve now been let down could you shed any light into when my parcel will be delivered thank you

I placed an order with Carroll’s gifts on 15/01/24 with a stated 1-3 working day delivery. Today 05/02/24 and I still have not received my order. I have tried to get in touch several times, I was palmed off the first time being told it was the delivery company’s problem and to contact them. Which I have done but also getting nowhere. Made contact again to be told it would be looked into and as of yet have not received anything back. Regardless of the delivery companies policies or failures, I placed this order with Carroll’s and my disappointment lies solely with them and their poor customer service after my order was never received. Perhaps the company needs to look into the lot chose of delivery methods and how to treat customers better.

Customer Service was terrible. I received my order with one item missing and the gift box missing from the custom glass I bought. Called the shop on Wednesday the day I received person I got through to said he'd send the remainder of the order to there dispatch centre and if receive an email once done. I had ordered this and payed priority shipping as it was an engagement present for a friend. Friday rolls around got no email called again they had no record of it being sent to dispatch at this point I just asked for a refund as I needed the gift for that night. Very unhappy with being left in the lurch

Paid an extra 9.99 for the fastest delivery possible and was told it would be 2-3 days. My item wasn't even shipped for atleast 2 weeks and arrived after 3 weeks. I got in contact with support twice and wasn't even offered reimbursement for the additional spendature for the fast delivery option. Very poor.

3 gift boxes ordered. One box damaged, full of dust and ribbon broken. One box has water/liquid damage, dust and ribbon not on the box. One in good condition. (Not perfect) I won't be ordering from Carroll's again. Very disappointed and not gifts I want to hand to loved ones.

The whole experience was a disaster! I ordered the Swarovski tree of life pendant. First package went MIA, even though the tracking number said they attempted to deliver at 6:20am... which never happened. 2nd package arrived.. altogether 22days later... In a huge box which could fit a pair of trainers! Not very environmental.. and still the little jewellery box was damaged... Worse of all was the disappointment when I saw the item! You can barely see the crystals.. overall experience.. dreadful

Honestly? I ordered 20 packages of oatmeal biscuit’s more than have of them were bland. Truly a disappointment for the amount of money I paid. Actually I should ask for a refund.

I was completely unsatisfied with the glass The sticker was stuck on at an angle not in the centre and was peeling I sent an email to return it and got no responce ! I coukdnt give this as a gift It looked awful and cheap

Purchased 2 soccer balls for €18.00 each, as described on the site. But instead the description was wrong and I received 2 small hand sized soft balls. And when I rang I wasn’t offered the right items in which I had paid for, just said they would rectify the site. What a waste of money.

i ordered chocolate for a gift… specifically asked for ice to be add to packing- only like 104 in texas and hot everywhere else . so never got to give that gift and the chocolate was melted all over. maybe chocolate is good.. don’t know.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Carrolls. After traveling to Ireland and enjoying your store I wanted to get some additional items once home. My first order went well. My next order led to a disappointing chain of back and forth. 1- ordered 2 sweatshirts and a toddler shirt- the toddler shirt was not in stock, got one sweatshirt that I ordered and another that I didn’t order. I wanted to send back the one I didn’t order but the shipping office told me that I’d have to pay $12 to send even though you sent labels… not worth it. So I just kept the one I didn’t even want. 2- Ordered the sweatshirt that I DID want and got the exact same sweatshirt that I DID NOT want again !!!!!!!! I did not contact the store because I’m afraid it would just happen all over again! Now I have 3 sweatshirts, 2 of which I did not want. Something is going wrong in your delivery department. Too bad because I really like your products!

I can see from pervious tickets we gave sent you a FedEx return label. This label is paid for by us and would not require extra payment if it is brought to a FedEx drop off center. Bought a mug as a gift for a friend. Received emails saying on it's way, at Preston post office, addressed wrongly, found it, on it's way and 3 week later it has still not arrived!!! I could have swum to Dublin and back quicker. What is going on???
