I ordered at the start of Dec for a gift to be sent to new Zealand for Christmas still hasn't arrived very annoyed as there was no info to say there is a delay or evening my tracking hasn't updated since the 10th of Dec

Hi there, I am sorry to hear this. Unfortunately postal delays are out out of our control. Standard delivery to New Zealand as stated at checkout is 4-5 weeks. I can see the tracking shows the order was delivered on 7th January. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Customer Care.

Selected U.K. shipping, way before the Christmas cut off dates, item was accidentally shipped to the United States, tracking still says it’s there even weeks after, Said I would be offered a refund which I agreed to, week later no response and no refund.

Only giving 1 star as there is no lower option. Absolutely awful company to deal with. Ordered 4 weeks ago. Tracking number given was a dud - no Tracking info on it at all, all month. Very slow to respond to email/contact queries. After 3 weeks the reply of "must be lost in transit we'll resend your order", then next day "sorry we are now out of stock, we will issue you a refund soon", still waiting on the refund. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR ANYTHING- would rather go without!!!!!!

I ordered one month ago and the goods have not arrived. I’ve been told uk Royal Mail is the reason for the delay but I’ve had other Royal Mail orders delivered within days..

I ordered a poncho Dec 2nd and three weeks later I still have not received it. I have reached out with zero communication from their customer service and then they want a glowing review? Not likely.

You jeep sending me emails to write a review, You took my money on 2nd December and I haven't received anything from you. Not even to say my delivery has been delayed. Just give me my money back. ANGRY ANGRY CUSTOMER!!!!!

Order a tshirt, when I got home, I opened the bag and it was the wrong tshirt, keep the tshirt and other the original one again on the Sunday, rang Saturday to confirm collection and was told I could collect it, my daughter went collectit on Sunday and was keep 20 minutes waiting, to be told sold out and did she want to spend the money on something in the shop!!!!

I can’t comment on the company product as my order hasn’t been delivered. I get a very nice long email about problems with the postal service but no indication if my order has been processed or sent for delivery

Still waiting for my order which I put in on the 28th of November which was supposed to be a Christmas present for a dear friend it is now 19th of December and I don't think I will receive it now on time so have to buy another gift... So not very happy as I don't have alot of spare money.

After spending 10 days in Ireland I wanted to get some additional items for Christmas gifts. I ordered several items on 11/27/22. The order was processed in a timely and shipped to the United States saying it was received in the US on 12/6. It is now 12/18/22 and I have yet to receive my items. Hopefully the luck of the Irish will be with me and I will receive my items before Christmas. ~Paula

My order got lost in the mail system. It happens. Carrolls offered to resend, but provided no tracking info then continuously ignored my emails. Great products but poor customer service

When I made my order, the main thing I wanted was the selection boxes. There was no mention of them being out of stock I got an email 2 days before the package actually arrived saying they were out stock I don’t appreciate this as I would have not placed the order in the first place and I am sure the carrolls team knew this It also didn’t give me enough time to place an order Elsewhere Please be honest when people are placing orders and give updates in a timely manner

Terrible service, not received my item, and spoke to an automated operator, who said it had gone missing. And disgusted that I haven't received a refund or an apology. Will definitely not be ordering anything else from you. Mr&Mrs Kelly.
