I have ordered Five or six times from Carrolls, Tayto Cheese & Onion bag, and the bag size is always .42g. However, on my last order, they switched the bag size to .25g. When I sent an email explaining about the wrong bag size they denied I ever received any other bag size except .25 This is not what I expected from customer service, for you to disbelieve me and insult my honesty and integrity. " What happened to the customer is always right."

I still have not received my Gift, Was suppose to be given to a friend who was living a country , I have contacted customer service many times for update , 1st order was in unknown stage , they send second time while I asked them to make sure that reach me before weekend , item apparently arrived on wed, was no use to me any more and I was at work so still at post office and will send it back as soon as I get chance to pick it . Very unhappy customer

Hi, I ordered a driver head cover and it never arrived. When I contacted DPD they said I signed for it even though I never did. They then said to contact you. Pl.ease help

I Rang to check when the gift would be ready for collection. Got told it was ready - drove in to get it to be told in the shop that it wasn't ready and would be another 2 hours.

I never received my package!!!! It was held up in USA customs for weeks. They, customs or FEDEX asked me the ingredient of the chocolate, then how much alcohol was in the hand sanitizer, what brand my sunglasses were, what kind of glasses I ordered, ect. This information should come from your end...I did my best to answer, but then a few days later I got another call from Fedex wanting more info... I was out of town a few weeks, just got home...No package, no refund of my money, no communication from your company or FedEx.....can you look into where my package is, please....

I never received the necklace that I ordered. I paid for 2 day expediated shipping and after 3 weeks of waiting, I gave up this order. Then I got a review request for an item I never received. Very disheartening. This was a replacement of a necklace my daughter bought me in Ireland.

I ordered 2 cases of Mini Quiness chocolate pints. When they arrived, all the chocolates where melted and disformed. Contacted the customer service and they told me I'll get a full refund. Now it has been 10 days since they answered and haven't gotten my refund yet.

Hey there, I'm sorry for the state of the chocolates on arrival! We try to protect our products from breakage in transit, though unfortunately we're unable to ensure their temperature is maintained. Our finance team has been away for a few days recently, but once they return I'll ask them to make this a priority, as this is clearly a long time to wait for a refund for something that's unusable. Disappointed, only found out that someone had tried to deliver my item when I used the tracking app. Then found out that I didn't actually live at my address ?? and that’s why they could not deliver my item. No email, no apology. Only got my money back when contacted them. Poor service and communication, I will not use this company again

I'm amazed you even have the nerve to ask me. So I ordered a compass as a gift, when it arrived I was shocked to see the state it was in, the outside of the box was peeling in 2 places, the inside also needed glueing back down, the black felt had started to come off a was all over the white interior so I had to clean it off as best I could, looking at the shop label on the back ( I had to buy label remover) It must have been in the shop for at least a decade, to be fair I was asked to take photos and see about a replacement, but as I explained it was for a Communion gift and much to my embarrassment I had no choice but to give a substandard gift, there was also a problem with a t-shirt I had ordered, I've been buying from this shop for many years, both on line and in store, I'm shocked at the poor quality control, that's if there is any,but lesson learnt, I thought I might have received a good will gesture of perhaps a voucher as I'm, sorry was a long standing customer but it would seem my custom is no longer required.

So I ordered 4 tutus adult sizes one size fits most they said online... They would barely fit a child. When I emailed and complained this is what I received back.
