“I sent a gift to my A as inter in Canada, on the 9/11. I contacted the help centre and all I got back was a screenshot of the DHL link which I can check myself. My order is in Memphis ‘out for delivery since 11/11. My gift cost almost €100 and I don’t know where it is?”

“I ordered an advent calendar on the 16th of November. 3-5 day’s delivery. It never arrived. I emailed asking about it & they said it must have got lost & they didn’t have anymore in stock. I will never order another think from this site. Very disappointed with the service.”

“I wish I could review my Carrolls Irish Gifts. I have not received them yet. I opened a ticket with them to see where my items are, and I have not received an email back. They say it takes them 24 hours to reply. However, we are nearing 48 hours without a reply. I have to give them one star because I did not receive my items.”
