Ordered an item to be delivered to my son, however the on line service kept defaulting back to the billing address with the result the item had all of his address on it, but part of my address and postcode. Therefore the parcel is now lost despite paying a€10 delivery fee. Rubbish customer service and website

Having ordered a gift to be sent to a friend in Lanzarote, after two attempts my gift was returned. This was supposed a surprise. More than disappointing. I will now give Gifts Direct the opportunity to get the job done for me. There was no sincere apology only the comment that they were send on my refund. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Paid extra for express delivery, item did not arrive. Contacted customer services to be told there was a hold up at customs and it would be another 2-3 days. I never received any communication from Carroll’s or FedEx. Requested refund for delivery fee but was refused. Very poor customer service.

I have not received my order that I ordered on 1-29-2022. On 2-21-22 my ordered status says “still being processed” and nothing else. No estimated date of arrival after a month?

The cardigan was defective, so needed to be returned. Their Customer Service is terrible: they have promised to refund the payment but it remains outstanding. The worst service I’ve encountered in the last 5 years.

This was one of the worst customer experiences i have had. I ordered a gift more than 6 weeks in advance of the date I wanted it for (if was a present). It never arrived as there put the wrong shipping address on it - they never informed or told me about this, i had to find out on my own. Then when they reshipped it, they only delivered the glass and forgot the hamper. This was supposed to be a birthday present and i did not have time to wait any longer. The whole interaction was approx 6 weeks long. This was incredibly diasappointing and the incompetence shown was very disappointing. Perhaps the service is different in Ireland, but be very cautious if you are ordering abroad.

I ordered some items online. When I went to collect them , they were not as pictured on the website. I asked for a refund, but was told that I'd have to apply online. I was not happy with this - staff had a big argument with me, but eventually refunded me at the till in store. I will not be recommending 'Carrolls' to others after my experience with them. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

I have not received my order. I place it over three weeks ago, was given an estimated delivery time of 5-7 days, and I still have not received it. I reached out to customer service, and they were not helpful.

I ordered a birthday present for my friend in Seattle on 17th January any it still haven't arrived, I made a mistake when ordering and somehow ordered 2 but when I requested that one be removed from the order they said it was already dispatched..but here I am on the 6th Feb and still no package..I've ordered from you before but I'm so disappointed now I would think twice before ordering again.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I've had for a long time. Contemptible support when contacted. The gift I sent was never delivered and I waited a month for a refund. If you make the mistake of ordering here at least use Paypal to pay as opening a Paypal Dispute seemed to motivate them to eventually return my money. Laughably bad from start to finish.

Still haven’t received my Christmas order. I’ve watched it be sent to Australia and now to the other side of Canada. Could someone please contact me. I’ve called you store and given a number that doesn’t work.
