I booked my stuff in the beginning of January.. and it's been 23 days still didn't get them, and then no one answered me. When can I finally get them??

Really unhappy. We’ve received Carroll’s hampers before ourselves as gifts and we really loved them & thought they were very high quality. But then I ordered one for my friend who had been very ill. I paid almost €12 for express delivery which said it would be delivered within 2-3 days. That was almost 4 weeks ago now & my friend still hasn’t received her gift. I’ve contacted customer services a few times & all I have been told is that it’s still in transit. They apologised for the delay but there was no offer to refund my delivery fee. I also asked if they could re-send the gift but they ignored me completely. Won’t be ordering from here again

No one had the professionalism to contact me to let me know that my package was not to arrived as promised when purchased. I had to email to double check, and all I heard were excuses. I’ve ended spending more money on a 2nd item, as I needed the jumper before Xmas and you failed to honor your commitment. Also failed to help me get refunded ASAP, even when notified of this extra expense and the fact that I was in need of the funds. Seriously, not one of your emails showed genuine concern for whom happens to be a paying customer. You wasted no time to take my payment, and I did not delay it. However, you showed zero diligence and/or responsibility after that. If you cannot handle the volume, then be more responsible. You single-handedly ruined my holidays, all because you could not let me know that your orders were delayed. All it would have taken was an email. And now I know that it’s been 40 days since I’ve made my purchase and I’m still missing my money. And you only manage to arrange the pick up for the 24th. That’s 5 more days. How much longer after that? This is terrible.

Disaster. Really poor service. Items I ordered to Spain for a friend Juan Antonio at Xmas never arrived. I have contacted 2x by mail and tried numerous times to contact by phone leaving messages and no one as contacted me back. Simply not acceptable Extremely disappointing service . Will not use ever again. Still waiting to talk to someone. Hoping but not holding my breath for contact after this review. Caroline Gibson Nolan

My order didn't get delivered spent numerous hours trying to sort it to no avail. Eventually refused order as it were 2 weeks late. Still haven't had been fully refunded all my money. Totally disappointed and will never order from here again

Took 5 weeks for my gift for my aunt to be delivered to her address. Too late for Christmas and by the time it got to her address she had left for Florida so won’t get it until she returns in March. I found the customer service very poor, slow in getting back to me and not helpful at all. Waste of €50.

Sorry but a can’t give a good review. I ordered gifts on the 15th December 2021 and still have not received them. I wrote an email a few days back to enquire what happened and when they were to be delivered. Still no reply. I really need someone to contact me. Regards

Ordered products for Christmas on the 12th December and they did not arrive in time. I emailed several times and got back the same stock excuse. I live in the north so it should’ve reached me within 5 working days. They did eventually give a refund after numerous emails. Would not recommend, one of the worst companies it have had the displeasure of using.

Hi I am unable to review any of the items as I have still not received them, they were ordered on 16th December and I paid for express delivery guaranteed within 2-3 working days. I've checked the tracking information on fed ex and to my amazement the package has gone from Dublin to Stansted then back to Dublin and back to Stansted again!!!! The package only had to come 1 hour down the motorway to Newry from Dublin! It has been a hugely disappointing process as it was meant to be a Christmas present for my brother I would like a full refund on the products and for the extra money paid for express delivery Regards Ryan Lynch

I am still waiting. The post office never delivered the gift . They never called the phone number on the gift .I asked you for a post office code so I could claim the parcel but you never even answered me. I have actually visited the island at this stage,and purchased the crisps at the airport, I have delivered them and your parcel still hasn’t arrived. It will be sent back to you since I have no way to claim it. Can you please refund me and we will forget that this disaster ever happened. I feel like going on Facebook to see if it has happened to other people. Brendan

Very negative, they write over 69 euros free delivery, then I buy for 80 € and the result is 27€ of delivery fee. I ask them back: no way. Never more. Customer defrauded customer lost for ever. Be careful. Molta attenzione ⚠️ con questa ditta.
