“Made order a month before Christmas never came and also was promised it would come on a certain day and also never came. Then they switched my jumper colour and size three times. Online ordering a shambles on this website wouldn’t ever order again.”

“Order placed 7th December 2021, allegedly dispatched 14th December 2021. Never received. Refund requested never received either as of 5th January 2022. This was our first order with Carroll’s and it will the last.”

“One month later no delivery, several excuses including stating I gave wrong address and item was returned, DPD never received items and address was correct and included eircode. I have shopped in Carrolls for years but this was my first and last time using there Web site. Poor service and lies.”

“The item was ordered on December 7 and it didn't ship until December 12. It was supposed to ship in 5 - 7 business days. I ordered in plenty of time to receive it on December 18, which is when I needed it. It did not arrive until December 22, also after I had left to go home for Christmas so total waste of time.”

“I order there every year for Christmas and there’s always a problem. This year I ordered on the 8 of December and received the package a month later only. They said it was An Post fault vu An Post said they never received my package. I had to ask for another delivery for free for them to Miraculously find my package.”
