“I would write a review if my order had been delivered it’s now 3 weeks ans I am waiting fir a reply so now we are on Xmas eve ??? So my order will not be delivered fir Xmas 🎄 very disappointed !!!!!”

“I never received my order. Ordered on November 27th, shipped on the 30th. It is now Dec. 21st and got a request to rate Carrolls. The tracking goes as far as Dubin on Dec. 14th so I gave it a week to get here. I just sent a message to Carrolls today.”

“Well as of right now my packages are set to be sent back to you, because you did not provide the information to customs. Thanks for ruining my Christmas. I will remember this in the future. I can not review your product, when I have not received them. I can not believe this, I have to give you a star to get my review submitted! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT! “Dont buy from this company, they take your money, lose your order and then say 'cant process a refund as their accounts system is down', no apology and stole my money. I have chased several times and I have seen the back of my money - Theives”

“I purchased 2packs of Bailey’s hot chocolate bombes. The packs were crushed and the bombes were all broken. The box they were shipped in was packed very well and cushioned. I have to assume the were put into the box already damaged. Very disappointed. Were purchased to be a Christmas gift. They are unuseable.”

“I havn't received my package yet. I ordered it Nov.16th. I;ve been tracking it and the post office said its been everywhere except here. They sent it to an address in New Jersey and I live in Tennessee. Now i've learned that it has been sent back to the sender. It was an anniversary present for my wife which didn't arrive. Now i'm hoping it will be here Christmas but i'm very doubtful.”
