I love buying presents for my students through your website. I was very disappointed recently when I tried to order a birthday present and your website collapsed. I sent someone to buy the present in the store and today, three presents arrived that I didn’t order.

I was very disappointed with my experience in on-line shopping at Carrolls. I had ordered 2 Irish knit cardigans, Small and Medium, but two Small were delivered - and one of them still had the security tag attached. I spoke to someone at your sales office who was sympathetic and assured me a replacement would be sent out that evening as I was travelling to USA, two days later. However, this was followed with emails insisting Carrolls first received the cardigan I wished to return. There simply wasn’t enough time to do this and my daughter drove into Dublin from Malahide to make the exchange in person. She only succeeded in this at the second Carrolls store. It was, in short, a disaster - and all down to someone’s carelessness. The items are delightful and were much appreciated but I would be very reluctant to shop on line again with Carrolls or to recommend doing so. John McGrath

I received the wrong items. I specifically looked for Irish cream chocolate bars and found this site. I ordered it and it even came in a package that was low key. They put the wrong item in. My shipping order receipt, i double checked, says Irish cream. I was very disappointed.

You booked in the shipment yourself with USPS asyou wanted to use USPS and they have returned the package to you. I am sorry you had an issue with USPS. This has been a terrible shopping experience for me. I ordered and received a quiet man flat cap. I normally wear a large but this hat is much too large. I don't know if it it mismarked or these hats run large. I have tried for a month to exchange it for a smaller size. I have been dealing with your customer service and was promised labels to sent it back. A week went by no labels. Tried again with the promise of labels and again nothing after another week of waiting. Then a refund was suggest and I agreed. Again nothing. I am lost as to what to do next. An exchange is always been a simple process but clearly not with your company. Dan

I purchased this because of the bright green color as advertised. Soooooo disappointed that it is a super dark ugly army green and no where near what is pictured. Extremely unhappy but not worth sending back so I’m stuck with the ugliest raincoat I’ve ever seen. I will never use it waste of money.

Hi James, We have looked into that for you and it appears it was delivered on the 28th of September at 12:41. It shows there was also a phonecall from the courier company to the phone number provided given the day before delivery. Long delivery time, box arrived completely squashed and only received three pint glasses instead of four. Won’t be ordering again in a hurry!

I have yet to receive my order. I received an email on 31-08-21 saying it had been shipped and should take 4-7 working days but it has not arrived.
