I had the worst service here and with an post. I ordered a gift which I was told would arrive in 3-5 working days which was perfect as I ordered as a Christmas gift. Christmas Eve Eve came and still no update on where it was, I messaged them and was told to track it but an post weren’t scanning updates so I had no way of tracking it not even through an email. I messaged again on Christmas Eve and didn’t get a reply for 4 days telling me what I had heard and not answering my questions. I eventually received this parcel on 8th Jan 2022 - 22 days after buying it!!! (Not 3-5 working days) and considering I live in the country!?? Will not be buying again.

I've waited almost a month to receive my order when it was suppose to arrive within 10 days. Ok it was Christmas period but I ordered it more than 10 days before Christmas and received it 20 days after! Inacceptable! I had nothing to put under my Christmas tree!

bonjour, comme déjà expliquer sur votre site, la commande recue ne correspond pas a la mienne. (je vous envoi les photos) comme j'ai l'habitude de travailler avec vous en particulier Dara BuiLear , et que j'avais un avoir auprès de votre société je pensai que c"était un cadeau ....... Very disappointed. Ordered items some were out of stock and the items received were faulty. Didn't get any notification to advise and had to chase to get a refund!

Never again! So, so slow. Got a small refund without any reason. No invoice to state what was sent. As it was a gift I should not have to ask the recipient if everything arrived. Asked several times when the items would be shipped and was just ignored.

I ordered on November 30 to be sure to receive Christmas. By December 22, I had not received anything. Following my many complaints, they tell me they are sending it to me by express. It's January 7th and I just received my order. The definition of "express" needs to be reviewed. Hyper disappointed. I will recommend more. Exhausting chasing after a command that doesn't arrive.

Was very disappointed in the t-shirt I ordered. From the get go it was baggy/shapeless and after the first wash it was unwearable. Has now been relegated to a night shirt. So disappointing.

Service was a disgrace. Ordered online for click and collect in store, because they say the order will be ready in two days. After two weeks still no news on my order. Had to go in the shop, once there I found out that the order had been ready for days, they just didn't notified me

Very poor service. I had to ring 4 times for the order to be sent. The engraved message was wrong after explaining 4 times of what it should be. I paid the price for 2 whiskey glasses,I received pint glasses with no money refund

Ordered 2 boxes of Baileys cocoa Balls. 4 out of 6 of them were busted up in the boxes. They were scheduled to be here before Christmas and were delivered after. The 2 that we did enjoy were very good however. Bstratton

Made order a month before Christmas never came and also was promised it would come on a certain day and also never came. Then they switched my jumper colour and size three times. Online ordering a shambles on this website wouldn’t ever order again.

Order placed 7th December 2021, allegedly dispatched 14th December 2021. Never received. Refund requested never received either as of 5th January 2022. This was our first order with Carroll’s and it will the last.
