Ordered 6 packages and charged extra for gift cards that didn’t arrive. The gift owners had no idea who it’s from and I’m stilling on a refund response for weeks now. Will not buy again

I placed 2 orders for Christmas presents before the Xmas post deadlines. One of the par les arrived on 21/12 but the other one is still with An Post in Dublin since 30/12. Very bad and disappointing service! I called your customer service office and I tried to speak to a staff member, very difficult to understand her, useless service! Waste of an international call! Also your website is really really poorrrrrrrr. Very limited products compared to your shops in Dublin. I won’t be shopping with you again. Very disappointed!!!!!

I still haven’t received my order and I ordered it on the 10th of December. I’ve emailed and no reply. Very poor customer service. Very disappointing.

I still haven’t received the Christmas gift that I ordered on 5th December, even though the website said that Christmas delivery was guaranteed at the time of ordering. It’s now 31st December. I’ve sent multiple emails to try and get a refund but as of 31st Dec, I still haven’t received the refund. No one replies to emails. Very poor customer service.

I have not received my package yet! I received an email on December 8 that said my order was on the way, but it hasn't arrived yet. I placed the order on December 4 to guarantee Christmas delivery and am so disappointed that nothing has been delivered 🙁

I have place an order on the 4th of December, it was sent in the 10th, on the 14th has left An Post in Dublin. Last saturday I got an information that 1 item wasn't sent.. which is strabge because on the 10th I got information that my whole order is on the way to me.. Today is the 29th and I stil haven't reserved my order.. 2 days ago I got information that it was lost.. and I was asked if I want to resend it, I reply that Yes I want to send it again but not with an post but No reply.. I' Berry dissapointed with your serwis, it supposed to be Christmas gift for my mum..

waiting on a response regarding a refund thats due, order wasn’t available, wasnt advised either until it wasnt in the delivery. Had to email to find out!! I wont shopping with you again. If the refund has been sent i will write another review but not shop again

I still HAVE NOT received my order so how can I write a review that you would be happy with. Refund would be good at this point as it was a christmas gift I orderd. I also contacted you through your contact page and I am still waiting for you to reply with an update.
