“The gift box was lovely, but i was sending it to spain & only half the address was put on it so very lucky it got there, also the hand written card was very badly written...it should have been printed....very unprofessional looking....i'm sorry, i don't like to critizise but feel it has to be said 😕”

“I ordered some gifts for my son-in-law and his Father for Christmas. They are Irish and I love the idea that it really came from Ireland. I could not believe how fast it shipped and made it in plenty of time for Christmas.”

“The sweater was absolutely perfect! The quality of the wool and buttons, the cable details, the design all were even more than expected and we had very high expectations after traveling in Ireland and observing other quality sweaters. It arrived just in time for Christmas too. The price was very reasonable and Customer Service as we checked on shipping was very professional. We couldn’t be more pleased.”

“I never received my order. Ordered on November 27th, shipped on the 30th. It is now Dec. 21st and got a request to rate Carrolls. The tracking goes as far as Dubin on Dec. 14th so I gave it a week to get here. I just sent a message to Carrolls today.”
