“We loves the stores we visited and purchased a bunch of great souvenirs. When we got back to Canada we ordered 3 sweaters online from the store. Unfortunately only 2 of the 3 have arrived and Carrolls have left it up to us to track down the missing 2nd box. They have not stepped up to solve the issue. Very disappointed.”

“My first purchase at Carrolls Irish Gifts was in 2016 at one of their stores in Dublin. My sisters and I were amazed at the variety they carried. Easily fulfilling our lists of remembrance gifts for friends and family at home, USA…since then, the Carrolls Irish Gift store online has been my go-to for holiday presents. They are always appropriated and introduce friends to fantastic chocolate, jams and honey.”

“The teapot and mug set was very much appreciated by the receiver of the gift...she loves it! The package was delivered very quickly and was very well packaged.. The only fault, if any, was the fact that on the website it was marked up as 'Fine Bone China' and there was no sign of that marking on the actual product, although the quality was still very good..”

“The charcoal cardigan I received was great. Fits well and not like the normal wool I have encountered. Love it so much I ordered an oatmeal cardigan yesterday and my wife one as well”

“An interesting site with novel Irish gifts available, I have used this site for years. Shipment is akways quick, responses to queries are always prompt and polite. My only quibble is that many items available in their stores are not available online.”
