“Gift arrived damagedand shipping says my parcel got shipped and is still in the US even though it’s not, it was just delivered two weeks later/ Unsure why it was shipped to US when I’m in UK from Ireland. Not environmentally friendly”

“I still haven’t received the Christmas gift that I ordered on 5th December, even though the website said that Christmas delivery was guaranteed at the time of ordering. It’s now 31st December. I’ve sent multiple emails to try and get a refund but as of 31st Dec, I still haven’t received the refund. No one replies to emails. Very poor customer service.”

“Nothing wrong with the gifts, they were as shown on the catalogue. For two gifts I only received one dispatch notice, which left me thinking that both gifts were being sent to the one address. It was upsetting for a few days but everything seemed to have turned out in the end.”
