“Fantastic car, very nice and helpful customer service since this was my first time getting a car on finance. Friendly staff when I went to collect the the car. Quick and easy application and finalising the deal on the day of collection. Sorted out my road tax for me aswell.”

“very pleased with car so far,but on browsing at home i noticed there was'nt a user manual or service manual from previous owner,so i phoned the office in hillington to report this.the person i spoke to tried to connect me to sales team but they were busy,he took my phone number and passed it on to them,i haven't heard anything since,i would like to recieve these items as i like to keep a service record for my car.i was asked hand in service record on my trade in which i did,it's only courtesy for me to receive the same service.”

“The buying experience was really good. The salesperson, Allan, listened to what I needed and kept me up to date. My actual experience when picking up the car was not so good with a lengthy wait and nobody providing updates.”

“Had the best experience with Peter Vardy Hillington, especially by the sales rep Kieran he went above and beyond and made it all so easy done! Got my car during lockdown so the car was delivered to my very door step! All in all would definetly recommend anyone to go there ( i already have pointed people in ur direction) and i would definetly buy another car from here, but for now i’m very content with my new car🖤”

“Very good service. Only "complaint", which is a bit of a strong word is delivery to my house took a week. Bit disappointed on that, but am a returning customer and will continue to be a loyal client”

“Initial sale of the car was good however when I came to back to pick up the car the alloy on the front left hand side was badly scratched and there were also a few scratches on the back left alloy also which wasn't there when I test drove the car and paid the deposit. Thick make-up which was around the steering wheel on first visit also hadn't been removed as promised therefore I didn't recieve the car that day and was told I could come back the next day which I did. I was happy to see that the make-up had been removed and the front left alloy had been fixed however the back left was still scratched so the woman kindly took the car back to the garage to be repaired while we waited around 30mins and they also touched up the marks under one of the wing mirrors. The woman then kindly took the time to show me all the functions in the car that I wasn't show on first inspection however she did tell me that the car was full with screen wash as the roads where horrible conditions with grit but I soon found out there was no screen wash in the car on my drive home which was quite dangerous! All in all I am pleased with the car.”
