The sales team are fantastic, they work well to suggest and advise what type of vehicle will suit you best. The hand over team are dreadful. They fail to ring you when they are supposed to, they make you wait over half an hour for your vehicle and don't even bother with home delivery! They really let the side down in a big way.

having previously had negative experience with Peter vardy I was nervous about coming back however. Harry the sales advisor went above and beyond and made the process so much easier

I recently bought a car from this store and I have to say that the relaxed sales approach was a winner for me. No ultimatums, threats of losing the car if I didn’t take out finance with them (liked I’d experienced just before finding Peter Vardy) and a great video covering what I needed it to. Carz answered my questions, and dealt with my needs helpfully and practically. Only minor issue was that it was sometimes hard to get through to the branch on the phone and speak directly to the relevant person, but that seems to be a general Covid service issue.

Great service by sales team (Chris) in particular. Chris also followed up with us to check everything went OK. Since sales, we contacted the office several times as the car was not valeted before it left the show room (we were assured it would be). When we opened the boot, it was thick with dust and storage in front of the car had a very old boiled sweet left in it which has made the whole compartment sticky and unusable. We called several times and were told that someone would call back and they did not. We finally got through and spoke to someone who explained that they would email to confirm that we could go ahead and book a valet and this would be refunded but have not yet received that email. We have found this to be quite disappointing and are now questioning whether the leather guard that paid for has been completed since the valet had not.

My experience in the store was great, staff were very nice and extremely helpful when needing assistance. Robert who dealt with us during my visit was helpful in explaining and helping me through the purchase of my car.

Handover service of my car to get my new car was very poor.I waited an hour & a half & was told 3 times that my car would be ready in 5 mins.Eventually left the showroom & went home very disappointed.Your salesman Craig however was excellent.From selling me my new car & explaining everything & also having to get my car delivered to my house which was great.He also kept me up to date by phone with what was happening as I had no update or received my cash back ,vouchers or 2nd car key which I’m still waiting on.Received my cash & vouchers now though. If it wasn’t for Craig keeping me up to date & retuning my calls your customer service would not be great as I never heard from anyone else.

The car was as described, but upon delivery I found that the sat nav sd card was missing, this is still unresolved.

Overall experience was good. Very attentive staff both pre and after sales. Found sales - Robert was both personable as well as knowledgeable to my questions. He is a credit to himself as well as your company. I would certainly recommend Peter Vardy to friends and family. Regards Robert Stephens

Chris who supported me to purchase my car was friendly and helpful. Large range of cars to choose from which was great, however meant it was difficult for staff to keep track of what was there and what had been sold.

Good store, quality of stock is excellent. My main concern was that once I had selected and test driven the car from that point it was not seamless. The sales girl whilst very good had to pass me to someone else to manage the finance I was not contacted on the Monday or Tuesday to arrange collecting car. It was not until I phoned that a pick up time was arranged. The person who did the final paperwork did not appear to have the authority to change the HP terms on my request as the default of 5 years was too long. I requested 3 years and eventually it was agreed with the new papers taking ages to be processed. Despite this I have to say that the sales girl, Grace and the finance girl, Hannah were both very good. Overall you need to streamline tour system

I felt the staff were really good and attentive. Special mention to Chris Mitchell who made the buying process seem easy. When I went to collect the car I had to wait for 3hrs as there was staff shortages on the day, although the staff dealing with me(Anthony) was very apologetic and kept us informed. However after I left the showroom and went onto the main road the car wouldn't go above 2nd gear and I had to return to the garage and the engineer took the car away and returned to apologise and explain that the speed had been set to a maximum of 17mph! Then when I got home my friend who has many years working as.a body shop manager looked.over the car and pointed out that the outside valeting polish of the car was really poor and also there was a tear in the tyre(which is being replaced on 26/4/21) after I went back to the Peter Vardy showroom. I've also got the car booked back in on the 4/5/21 for other issues, ie Doing another outside polish, car manual, car service book, check radio settings, sd card, 1 tyre sealant kit.

Darren was easy to talk to and sorted most things over the phone . Was bit disappointed that I had to chase for when getting car delivered . Have only recieved 1 key for car and also no user manual with car . Overall though I would recommend Peter vardy car sales to my friends and family .

Pleasant environment to view cars. Salesperson Chris Mitchell very helpful with good manners efficient without being pushy. Readily acknowledged my wifes experience of vehicles which she found a refreshing change from previous experiences at other dealerships. Minor issues were found on delivery of the vehicle, those which could be resolved immediately were dealt with and agreement reached with a date to remedy the others by Sharon in aftersales.

Great service from all staff, in particular, salesman and initial contact Andrew Brodie. Good quality video in lieu of visit to showroom ( almost as good), quick and knowledgeable service putting me onto vehicle most suited to my needs rather than “today’s special”. This is my second time as a customer and I will be back. Would have been a 5 in pre- COVID times as I could have browsed full showroom
