“Great experience buying our car, the way the cars are all set out is a touch of class, it was great for the kids, coffees and ice cream was also a nice touch. Will highly recommend Peter Vardy to friends and family. Lisa who sold us the car was great too, 5 stars all round.”

“Micheal McGuire was a excellent help as I had originally came to see another car and realised it wasn’t suitable. He spent the time to take me through different options of cars and gave suggestions and I am completely happy with the car he recommended.”

“Excellent communication with Chris Doak throughout and included an overnight stay as I was travelling from Plymouth to pick up the car. The support staff who dealt with the sale were also excellent and the whole experience from start to finish was flawless. I would highly recommend the Car Store for anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle in the future.”

“The showroom is very clean and inviting. The staff at the reception are warm and friendly. My wife and I had a leisurely walk around the showroom and did not feel any sales pressure from the team. We liked the look of a little car and it was immediately available for a test drive. We were offered tea and coffee as well as drinks for the children. Our salesman Chris Doak took good care of us and we ordered the car. Car uplifted as planned and I was even collected from the local train station to the showroom so I could drive the car home and surprise my daughter. I have noticed one issue when driving home and emailed the Mr Doak who called me the next working day to have the matter resolved. This far service has been excellent.”

“Customer service is amazing from the minute you walk in the door. Lisa showed me about the show room and listened to what I was looking for. You at no point feel pressured to buy anything and nothing is a big ask for the team. This is the second time I have purchased a car from this branch and honestly couldn't fault them would definitely recommend.”

“It unfortunately took over 5 weeks for me to actually view the car after I first showed interest, due to issues found during prep. Once we actually got to view it Brian and the rest of the staff got the ball rolling and made everything simple enough that I was able to drive away with it the same day.”

“Arrived at the store to see what car deals they had, I have an autistic child, the place was noisy, but once I explained to the salesperson Mr Scullion, who was very helpful indeed and knowledgeable about our family needs and willing to find a car within in our budget - we were moved to a quieter place to discuss our business, staff asked if we were being taken care of, which we were. And we were looked after very well. Definitely recommend them”
