“Peter Vardys had a good range of the model I wanted and I am very happy with the car itself. Derek, the salesperson who dealt with me was very competent and pleasant. On the downside, I don't care for so much razzmatazz (comes at a price) and you have to defend yourself against the many added extras Vardys try to inflate the display price with - admin fees, charity donations, scotch guard coatings, warranties etc etc. Also, not great on data protection - different boxes on different forms to tick OR untick to prevent all your data (and they gather a lot) being passed to third parties.”

“Myself and my wife were looking for our first family car after I had passed my test our sales executive kim was amazing with advice and helping us to select the perfect first family car for us and keeping us up to date with progress of the buying process of our first car, adding personal touches where he could, nothing seemed too much of a hassle”

“No hard sell from staff. Robbie was very good listened to what we needed what was within our budget and showed us cars that matched to the information we gave him. Handover was pleasant and professional also. My kids where made to feel part of the buying of our family car After sales care great also not made to feel like now car is sold that's it. Called today to check we where happy that car was running OK and if there was any issues told just to call and so one would sort them. Amazing service and customer care both before and after.”

“Had a great experience at the carstore. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Kids loved the play area. No pressure to buy a car at all. Thanks to Chris finlay the salesman. Told him what I was looking for and Andy the stock manager found the perfect car. They kept me up to date with delivery etc. The car even came in earlier than expected so was happy with that. And thanks to Lorraine in the handover dept. Quick easy handover and away I went. Will definitely be back to buy my next car. ;)”

“I felt extremely welcome at the CarStore Hillington from the outset - all staff were very helpful. In particular, Damian made the whole decision, process and purchase of my car as quick as possible, despite some hurdles. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my purchase & that everything was done correctly. The handover of the vehicle was a great experience and I felt very happy and excited leaving with my new wheels!”

“My vist to the show room was very relaxed and staff where helpful throughout my time being there especially as i had my 2 year old son with me i expected the vist to be stressfull which it wasnt, all members of staff even staff who werent dealing with my self where friendly and helpful when it came to my son”

“I bought my car last saturday. Although thee was an initial problem with locating the payment I had made the staff at the store went out of their way to fix everything for me in as quick a time as possible. Everything with the car itself was perfect and in order and the treatment myself and my family received from the store was top notch. I travelled from quite a distance to buy the car - and next time I want a new car I will be travelling there again for sure.”

“When I entered the CarStore, we were not bombarded with lots of different people. We were assigned to Lisa MaGuire who showed us around and gave us our time to look at what it was we wanted. Every member of the team were so nice, always offering us refreshments and making sure we were well looked after. After choosing the car I was happy with Lisa managed to have the deal done within a few minutes. Ryan who has not long began with the company, still under going training, was also a very helpful source. He will be a great credit to the store. Upon collection of my car, Colin Shepard took care of all the paper work for myself. He made the process very easy and understandable as it was my first car I was purchasing. I was also greeted by Lisa and Ryan when i returned to the store. They were making sure I was still happy with my decision to buy my new car. With the amount of customers the staff must deal with every day, it was nice to be remembered as a returned. Colin was the one to show me how to work everything in my car and where to find out anything i needed to know in the manufacturing guide. The experience was very quick and easy and I would recommend Peter Vardy CarStore Hillington to anyone looking for a car. 10/10 service! Thank you!”
