“Structured approach, lots indoors and area for kids. Drinks van a nice touch. The alloys on delivery were not as expected to standards explained, but the sales consultant brought out the workshop manager, who agreed and arranged to rectify this.”

“First of all can't thank Craig D enough for helping me out. Was having some major problems with my old car and he did everything in his power to help get me and my wife the best deal on a new car. I'm aware it's his job but he reassured us about getting a car at the best price to suit our needs. Would 100% recommend Peter vardy Hillington and without doubt their best salesman Craig D. Thanks again David and Anna Paterson.”

“Purchased a Ford Focus from the car store. The salesman Ryan was fantastic. Only down side to purchasing the car is having to hand it back for repair as the interior of the drivers seat was not stitched as promised before collecting the car.”

“Really good customer service from Jodie; very attentive and considerate without being pushy and really helpful with us to widen our searches and possibilities within our budget. It was down to her that we got a really good spec within our budget. Only slight frustration - and nothing to do with Jodie - is that the car itself has a few after-sale problems which are taking a bit of time to resolve. The store is helpful but time to resolve is frustrating.”

“I dealt with Sean McIntyre during my experience at the CarStore. I felt like he couldn’t have done enough to help. My initial visit he spent time finding out exactly what I was looking for an showed me an abundance of options. Even though I didn’t commit to anything that day his service did not differ. I did of course come back and throughout the whole process his communication was superb, updating me regularly and was just a very personable and pleasant person to deal with.”

“Very helpful soon as you get in the door then let you have a browse about yourself do not follow you around as they done in the past years its all changed now for the better if you have any questions there are there to help as much as they can you can ask them any questions and come back with an answer.”

“Michael M was excellent, would highly recommend. Yes there is a few problems that need fixed with my car but it’s not been his fault and he has been in the ball in fixing them. Would definitely go back next time I ever need a car. Thank you”
