“Nice relaxed atmosphere Car was missing toolkit and first aid kit however items are being posted out so happy, quickly rectified”

“I would recommend Peter Vardy as the service I received was excellent! My sales rep Jodie couldn’t have helped more, she really listened to everything I asked for and rather than pushing me into something I didn’t want or need she guided me towards the right car for me and my family. I will definitely be back in the future.”

“Lisa was very patient as we were unsure what type of car we wanted. She gave us both the option of something completely different and something that was similar to our old car. Both cars were priced in our bracket and we test drove both. Excellent service!”

“I felt Jodie really listened to what I was saying and nothing was ever a hassle for her. She really made an effort to keep us informed with what was going on and she went out of her way to make sure we were getting the correct information after a previous bad experience with another company which really put my mind at ease. Would 100% come back to Peter Vardy for another car and I have been highly recommending it to others.”

“On entering we were introduced to a sales advisor who then asked if we were interested in any car in particular he then left us to browse came back some time later to help with any questions the experience was relaxing with no pressure the sales advisor was very professional and went out his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase”

“My experience at Car Store Glasgow Was very good , great service from John Black who took care of everything and answered all my questions . Very good trade in offer , car ready to collect on time , and a follow up call two days later to ask if I was happy with the car . Great service . The admin side was taken care of by Joy , who was very efficient and explained all of the admin side .”

“We received a very warm welcome as we came In the carstore. We Wer then shown around by a very helpful gentleman. He knew exactly the car to show us for my mother’s needs. We then were introduced to the gentleman that would be taking care of our purchase. Sean Hogg was very professional and answered any questions my elderly mother had no matter how Random they where. I couldn’t have been any happier with our experience. Being heavily pregnant they made sure I was comfortable with a seat and refreshments if and when needed.We went to pick up my mother’s new car on the Monday and I was so happy with the service we received I purchased a new car for myself that morning also. Sean hoggs again was our sales man and he was extremely helpful and made sure I was happy with all prices and extras that I could have. Would highly recommend the company, but more so the gentleman that made our experience as simple and easy going as possible. The car store at Hillington is one of the best showrooms I have been to and there customer service is second to none.”

“Having used several different retailers these past 15 years, this purchase was without doubt the most pleasant experience I have had in dealing with a car purchase. From the moment I arrived for a visit and test drive, I was treated as a valued customer and was offered advice and help when required or left alone to my own devices if I preferred. The business of allocating one sales person on arrival is truly a good experience. The negotiations were very easy and following acceptance of the offer the sales part was equally just as easy. Two days later, the collection of purchased vehicle was just the same - easy and swift. Thank you for such an easy car purchase.”
