“very helpful staff when i arrived the sales person approached myself asked what type of car i was interested in and pointed me to what i was after. no pressure put on me during my visit which i liked i eventually bought a car that day the sales person was very good and made every effort to have the car ready to take away 2 days later. would recommend the company.”

“Was introduced to Nathan who was very helpful. I had seen a car on your website, but it was in Dundee. He reserved it for me and explained what would happen next. He broke down all the paperwork regarding trade-in, deposit and finance. There was a problem getting the car from Dundee and I was told that Nathan would go to Dundee and bring the car down himself, which was very much appreciated. I would have no hesitation recommending Nathan and your company.”

“When I decided to buy a car a friend recommended Stuart Fraser as an e cellent salesman and certainly this proved to be the case for me also. Stuart was very friendly and helpful but in no way pushy, which is exactly the kind of salesperson I look for with any major purchase. I have already recommended him to family and friends. I wish that car sales companies would see that people are more keen to buy when no pressure sales techniques are applied. However, within 36 hours of my purchase I had a dead battery (through no fault of my own - it was leaking) but I did not find the same level of friendliness and support from your after-sales team. This was disappointing. However, I would still recommend Stuart for giving exemplary service and I think some of the other salesmen should follow his lead.”

“I had the pleasure of Lisa looking after my purchase from start to finish, she done everything possible to make sure I was getting the best deal I could and was always very chatty and cheerful in any phone calls we had, unfortunately I never got to meet her the day I collected my car but did get a follow up call after making sure everything went smoothly and I was happy with the car, I will definitely be back for any future car purchases and will happily recommend Lisa and Peter Vardy to anyone looking to buy a car as well.”
