“The customer service experience from first visit, to car purchase day, constant updates on what was happening with my car to collection day and then follow up call to see how it was running. Absolutely exceptional throughout, also a fantastic place to buy a car for families as very family orientated with everything that is set up in car store. Such a relaxed and pleasant environment to purchase a car from . Absolutely a 10 star service not just 5. Lillian”

“"The gentleman that served us Ryan, was absolutely fantastic we had been in a car crash days before and he was so helpful and sympathetic. Helped get us everything we needed. Even called with regards to the status of the car on his day off. \r\n\r\nThe woman Emma that we collected the car from was brilliant. So happy and bubbly even brought the car into the store and covered it so my kids could unveil it. This was the 2nd car we've bought from there and I will ALWAYS buy my cars from there."”

“My experience with the CarStore Glasgow was very impressive. From start to finish i was well looked after and they helped get what i was looking for throughout the process. Kelly Bates and Andi MacWhirter were excellent and took the strain out of buying a new car and made it all so simple and effortless. To purchase a car on a thursday night and then be able to collected less than 24 hours later just made it even more impressive. I would definitely recommend the CarStore to others and will certainly be back in the future.”

“All the staff I met were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, from Kelly and Graham on the sales team, Emma and Laura on the handover team and Yvonne in after sales. Kelly provided regular updates during the selection process, likewise Emma in the run up to collecting my car. A great team who were eager to provide high quality customer service, many thanks.”

“From start to finish the customer service was fantastic, I had the lovely Ryan assisting me in finding a new car, and as picky as I was! nothing was ever a bother to him, he made me and my family feel welcomed. We enjoyed the free coffee while Waiting which wasn't that long to be honest I've waited longer for a takeaway! Exceptional customer service and I would definitely recommend this car store to everyone. The aftercare has also been fantastic, ive got a small issue which im awaiting to be dealt with and the management team and ryan have been more than happy to help with x;)”

“The staff made me feel welcome soon as I walked into the showroom. My salesman Craig was very helpful l needed a car straight away and he sorted it out with no bother. He went over the car controls with me he made it so easy for me.”

“Great service went to Aberdeen to collect car and bring it more local for me. Car was immaculate when I went to collect it and every member of staff I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful, constantly keeping in touch with all the arrangement.”
