“Everything was perfect! From the moment I entered the store I was warmly greeted with a coffee and smiles. I was shown how the cars where laid out and then was left to wander which was great as I hate going to get stores and having a sales person follow me around. After I found a car I wanted to view I spoke to Roger, who honestly couldn't have been more helpful!! He showed me all the cars that where available in that model to allow me to choose the best one. After deciding we spent a good while going through all the finance options how they work and getting the best deal for myself. After that Roger set up a test drive which sealed the deal. I can't thank Roger enough I never felt pressured at any point to buy & he was so helpful in every aspect. My handover was equally as impressive Laura dealt with this who was very smiley and bubbly and made an exciting event even better. She was lovely to talk to and was very patient and never made it feel like I was just in to sign paper work and leave she made me feel like the day was all about me. To top it all off as it was my birthday the team decided to get me a card and some gifts which was unbelievably kind!! I honestly can thank the team enough as everyone I met was lovely to speak to and always took time to chat and answer questions. Big thanks to Roger as he made the day very easy and Laura for an excellent handover. I will be recommending Peter Vardy to everyone I speak to!! Thanks.”

“Spoke to Gavin on the phone a few times from Edinburgh and he described in detail about Carstore's huge range of cars they had, and in our budget. So we went through and Gavin greeted us and made us feel very welcome without any sales pressure whilst picking our new car. The first time I have ever enjoyed car hunting.”

“First experience with Peter Vardy Carstore and I would recommend them based on my rep and also the atmosphere within the showroom! Brian McWilliams was my sales rep and his calm approach was really refreshing when compared to the more stereotypical car sales reps out there and certain managers at the Carstore. I had a set budget in mind and Brian worked with me to get as close to it as possible - I was happy with the outcome! I received my car when expected and the handover staff did all they could to be helpful. Was contacted a couple of days later to make sure all was well which was a nice touch! Overall, pleased. give them a try!”
