“Salesman Sean McIntyre was excellent could not fault him from start to finish,very well mannered and polite no pressure on selling me add ons he listened to what my needs were in a car and delivered....Now on the other hand the customer service and after sales care have a very lot to be desired,less than 24 hrs after picking car up warning lights come on, after calling several times I had to return to Carstore not once but 3 times in 9 days with same problem which was supposed to be fixed, as for telephone experience trying to speak to appropriate person getting told umpteen excuses and never a call back...... so would I recommend Peter Vardy sales yes 10 out of 10 customer service no 0 out of 10....”

“Had excellent service from Connor Barr who went above and beyond to get my wife’s new car ready for her birthday, even to the point of having it covered in a purple sheet for the “big reveal”. The card and gift were a very nice additional touch Would thoroughly recommend for anyone wanting to purchase a car.”
