“Saw a car I really liked online, enquired about it and then went down the finance route which was all handled by Lisa who made it really simple, fast and easy especially over the long Easter bank holiday weekend. I didn’t have to do much of anything, she is a valuable asset to your team. After booking in for the handover it was as simple as signing a document and taking the keys, the car was literally ready to drive away. Only thing I noticed was the car didn’t have a manual with it, although it came with the service book and history. However upon mentioning this to the person handing the car to me he said he’d get one ordered and sent out to me no problem.”

“The service I received at the CarStore was incredible. Damien who met me at the front was very welcoming and professional. Chris was super quick and did his best to make sure I got what I had asked for. I couldn’t recommend Peter Vardy enough. I will definitely be coming back in a few years!”

“A great effort made by multiple staff, especially Ryan, to make a difficult, single minded customer happy. A friendly, helpful service, and the multiple free coffee refills, chocolate and ice cream are a delightful bonus. I'll be sending friends and family Peter Vardy's way.”

“Punctual appointments both times we visited the Carstore, able to test drive both cars on time. Very attentive rep. (Ian) who was very clear with his explanations. Payment and handover docs went very smoothly and quickly. Car was ready to go at the designated time. Top ups of tea and coffee were very welcome (even after payment:)”
