“I came to your showroom to have a look at ideas for cars. I was met with Andrew brodie one of the sales team who was outstanding! He listened to everything I said I wanted. Picked up on any reservations I had and found the car I had described to a T! He was friendly laid back and did not push. He has been in touch since and has been a credit to your store. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the second part of my experience. I was contacted a couple days later to make my deposit payment and complete the necessary paperwork that was needed via email. This was fine and completed however I had a few queries on paperwork and called back in this day I was told on 3 occasions someone would be in contact within 30 mins after 4 hours I finally got hold of a different person which would have been third person I would have spoken to in the one evening who could answer my queries. It was agreed I could collect the car on Monday to allow time for finance to be arranged. I went about organising everything for this and was called a number of times on Monday again by all different people asking for paperwork to be completed over and over as people were off and it hadn't been done over the weekend. I was then contacted 1 hour before pick up to say that it had not been processed in time and would have to delay this. This then left with having to arrange insurance on my current car and hassle of making myself available again for appointment. The second part of the experience was nothing short of appalling. I lost count of the number of agents I spoke to, didn't get called back when I was told I would, paperwork was not completed on time and I got poor excuses that did not cover the fact too many peoe are involved but no one actually doing the work. On this occasion Andrew was able to convince me to continue with my purchase however I could imagine that this part of your process will lose you custom and not allow for people to be promoting you in the manner you would hope. I honestly believe that if the one agent was to deal with it you would find a much more streamlined process and not let down your high standards that are very clear from the showroom.”

“Just purchased another car from Peter Vardy at Hilligton. I have to say the experience was tremendous. Nothing was to much trouble. A special mention to Craig Dick who went above and beyond during the full process. He was exceptional in his knowledge and of what we were looking for. We cannot thank him enough. “Salesperson Christopher Boyd provided excellent assistance, his knowledge of this vehicle and available options allowed me to make an informed decision. I was happy with the vehicle and the information regarding additional services. Unfortunately I have been less than impressed with the after sales service and also the fact that the atmosphere on returning to collect my purchase was less than welcoming. Buying a car is a considered purchase which merits that the whole experience should be as good as the service provided by the salesperson. On arriving home and on closer inspection I discovered that the chips on the paintwork which had been agreed to be repaired had not been carried out and the car had actually not been valeted . This was proven by an old parking ticket still in the door and dirt in a holder. A promise of a return call in response to my contact with the after sales team failed to happen and a return to the store for remedial work was not a pleasant experience. In summary this was an experience of two halves, excellent sales assistance, hence the five star review ,however improvement required in After Sales.”

“Viewed vehicle online in February 2021, went to store and was greeted by Robert Stirling. He retrieved the vehicle and we were given the opportunity to test drive (was unsure what the rules were due to Covid but were delighted that we could take the car a drive) Knew instantly it was the one we were after and Robert made the process as easy as possible, everything was done and dusted and we were able to pick the car up in the next few days. Slight problem with the windscreen which we voiced immediately. Again cannot fault Robert for his professionalism in dealing with this matter and feel he went above and beyond in keeping me informed and up to date with how things were going at his end. Overall, I would recommend and wouldn't hesitate in asking for Roberts assistance again in the future.”

“Dealt with Chris Boyd at Glasgow branch and he was brilliant with me. Knew exactly what I wanted and when it looked as if I might not be able to get it he went above and beyond to search for it from the other branches and managed to find the exact car I wanted. Overall the experience with Peter Vardy was very good and I’m very happy with the outcome.”

“Craig was very nice and helpful when I visited to have a look at a car. The process was seamless and Craig explained and answered any questions I had about the car and the deal too.
