Rude customer service and not helpful at all, this company should start to train their staff and improve their service quality.

Please, quality is very important regardless of the price, but Celcom definitely failed at keeping up its level. Such a lousy service and i'd say the staffs are not much trained to provide you a solution. Speaking about the coverage, worst ever especially when you needed it the most. Maxis is definitely 100% better even if its with RM1O/20 difference. So, please guys choose your Telco wisely because you pay for the price thats compatible with the service. Adios.

I've been using celcom for almost 5 years and its not getting any better every year it gets worst this is seriously by far the lousiest, i pay almost 300 ringgit every month yet you still provide me a poor and unacceptable coverage the line is seriously very very bad and i'm not happy with it, sometimes my line just got cut and i cant even make any phone call and the data line during the night is seriously bad just 2 bars please do something about it this is just absurd. PS: PLEASE FIX IT I HAVE HAD ENOUGH TQ

Now celcom also cutting cost....when I reload myr 50 before,it will be activated 1 month..But now they make it only 3 weeks..sad for the new plan....I been use celcom plan 12 years n this new plan is worst....

Very lousy Internet package, high price low data quota. And data always finish so fast with normal usage. Sometimes 1 day can finish 15gb just surfing net, I also wonder how is it possible.

Rangkaian internet di kawasan (85300.labis) sangat mengecewakan. Lemah. Line 3g atau 4g sama sahaja.

I’m give up with celcom network connection. Please upgrade your network connection ASAP. I pay RM100++ for bill then line suck. 😡 Definitely, will changing to other telco soon. I’m frustrated!

Masalah d pedalamn mukim siong baling kedah.. Masih d tahap yg kurang tolong bg kepada pengguna celcom perhubungan internet yg baik kepada pengguna celcom.. Sy msih setia dgn celcom... So utk naikn rateing penggunaan talian ini tolong lah upgrade komunikasi internet d pedalamn tersebut.. Jgn upgraded d kwasan bandar sahaja pedlman pn mengunakn Internet utk kemudahn utk pembelajaran dan perkerjan didalam talian.. X guna kalau promosi data laju2 bayar bulanan mahal tpi perhubungan Internet masih d tahap yg kurng memuaskn.. Tolong faham.. Keuntungan syarikt yg dpt tpi kekurangan bg pengguna.. Walau apa2 celcom tetap setia didalm hati.. Setiap cadangan tolong lah d baca utk kemudahan setiap pihak.. Sekian pengguna yg setia

Huh I can't stand w/this thing anymore, I always have to face the poor line and connection,I mean like always okayy! Not rarely  ̄へ ̄, Especially when I'm in an urgent situation...wow! celcom really helped a lot with giving me a poor line when I'm having a trouble,thanks :-) , will consider to change to another telco if possible -)

i want explain about celcom..my phone line already barred yesterday night..just fie minutes barred..then we paid bill after few minutes..after half and hour still cannot use...today call customer service..our contract automatic cancel..this very disappointing..before this sales person already mention..if bar just bArred just pay outstanding payment..if outstanding more then 3 month it’s ok..just late few day..my due on 10..just late fue day..my contract already cancel..i have to pay more then 3 thousand included penalty..very unhappy with celcom..sangat tidak berpuas hati..very bad..lambat beberape hari..kne bar automatic cancel contract..then kne bayar full settlement..with penalty tanpa beri tahu customer...perasan kne barred terus bayar..then bila call customer service..ckp kne bayr full sttmnt 3k include penalty..amat duka cita..

Bad connection. 4g like slowest ever telco. Gamers dont pick celcom as your telco, always disconnect, make you lose. Really dont recommend celcom to other people.

Celcom control centre simply allocate my data plan to the lowest plan (but they unable to switch back to my original postpaid plan), which means I need to pay extra but I can not enjoy my data internet as I like for 2 weeks (can not Google, FB nor receive email). Complained to customer service via 1111 with several times, all end up getting yelled over the phone by Celcom customer service staff, warning me not to call them to solve this issue, if can't use internet, then just let it be (can't use mean can't use lo), asking me to keep on wait for 3-5 working days and they hang up my call half way dealing with my issue several times. Very cheaky telco, they say they send you a SMS for you to rate their service, but for my case, even I ask to rate their service, they don't even send for me to rate at all!!
