It wasn't great to start with but lately it's getting worst. When you chat with their WhatsApp customer service they make you wait at least 30min before they even respond back and if you miss their response they cut you off and you have to start from scratch. Even if you manage to get them they give the most basic ways to try to get your internet working better like clearing the cache and closing other apps, like thats the biggest reason the internet is slow!

I use prepaid plan with unlimited data but have Slow internet connection at outstation or KL or Cyberjaya or Putrajaya. Its always lagging when I use in YouTube or loading show even I surf also so slow. Celcom always disconnected and not stable to use of internet connection their giving. Really not recommended to anyone.

They have this tendency to deduct your remaining credits at the end of the month - and came up with the most ridiculous reasons! Example - deduct all of my credits due to "expired data limit" or "usage over data limit" while I'm on UNLIMITED DATA PLAN and I'M ON AUTOMATIC DATA RENEWAL!. Ofcourse, reporting this to mcmc will yield no result, despite all the evidence being shove to the them "screenshot of the message from the celcom, receipt of the plan etc". Celcom is a scammer, and always will be in the future.

Celcom is just bad, their customer service only talks about reset/refresh internet that doesn't even works or say that your place has "problems" so the internet becomes slow. The internet is also very slow definitely the slowest telco out of all but what even worse is celcom charges you so much money, by the time I'm writing this my internet also reach like 1mbps. Just don't buy celcom, buy Unifi or Digi or Maxis.

To make it simple and easy to understand. Celcom is the worst Telco I have ever signed up for. Changed my mobile plan. Few days later phone got barred. Check online, i do not have any outstanding. Trying to get help but customer service only available from 7am to 12am but they barred my phone at 12:10am. Since July, i have to call to unbarred my number but all they did was to ask me to make payment even before I receive my billing statement which is the very first day of my billing month. Called them every month because of this but probs still remained. Instead of informing customers to increase the credit limit due to change of mobile plan, they simply asked me to pay RM150 when my account shows negative RM0.40 outstanding amount. Why restrict customer to only able to increase credit limit every 6mths? Why not monthly? Why not allowing them to do it online? I really hope i could cancel the plan and return the damn phone. Just sign up with another Telco still better than getting ur phone barred every month on the very first billing day. Ridiculous! Wasted a trip to bluecube, nothing has been done. Called every month, nothing has been done. Check if they have submitted a report, no report submitted! Celcom can you just close down? Don’t scam our money please.

Very bad experience with customer service centre. Celcom cheating their customer with extra bill which is not belong customer. They change like celcom contents charge Rm1 for 10 time a day. And extra extra.

Slow internet connection. Its always lagging when I played games and loading when I want to surf on the internet. Celcom should just shut down the company if this is the type of internet connection their giving. Really not recommended to anyone on earth.

I was with celcom for 11 years. Went to sunscribe the most expensive plans available for the internet quota and other perks. Due to covid i have been using wifi instead of data. But @celcom line is really bad. I couldnt access internet when i am out in KL. Basically didnt get what i paid for. Internet quota available but no signal. Hence i opted out after 11 years. Celcom never bother to check on me even after 11 years as if they dont care if they loose their customers. Suddenly after close to 3 months, some random number called telling me i have outstanding bill whoch i have never received from celcom. These people yelling at me telling me to go to celcom center (why should i anyways?) If you want the money, bill me professionally. Now to get the bill, they say i need to pay RM10 for the bill to be emailed (a bill that was never sent to me, but demanded money for). Even J&T cost cheaper than that. So glad i opted out from celcom. Bad coverage. Expensive charges. Hidden charges. Bad customer service. Unprofessional company.

Line sucks, I bought a 300mbps Wi-Fi package for my home, guess what, 15kbps on Sunday night, equals no Wi-Fi. Nice job Celcom, what a garbage.

currently endure bad internet internet connection thus many online transaction via maybank app decline/failed to proceed. Please rectify as I pay to get your internet and not da internet disconnection.

Modem celcom unlimited rm45 sebulan really2 sucks ....ank wat kerja skolah x bley pakai lgsung...hnya cctv je belh pakai..tu pun 3 hari kne cek modem...slalunya hang...kne on off on off...duit terbang dah rm250.00.... Tnye seller...seller ckp tuk org buat kje d luar bukn d rumah...kt luo ape jadah pakai modem...hp lg..modem lg nkncas...waktu nk beli tkde la plok ckp hal ni....sruh beli modem yg lag mhal katenye...suck suck n suck

Srs talk celcom ni mmg slow sngat line always stuck tp Langgan internet berbulan bulan dh mcm Langgan basic punye bru langgan bulan ni blom lama langgan pkai 2 mggu mcmtu trus slow connection come on la celcom org beli internet guna duit bkn pkai daun kalau MCM ni la full bar 4G lah konon tp mcm pkai bsic lebih baik tukar line bru lastttt lah ni lasttttt

Line always slow and suck, picture and video cannot load all the time. Keep loading up........ And pay more than rm130 per month get this lousy service

The most terrible telco. i bought unlimited data before this , the line was good. Then just now i bought the same pack, the speed was terrible i cant even acces shopee . Celcom want me to add speed for my pack that i subs . This is so bad

Kalau bintang boleh pilih takde, i dah lame bgi zero bintang, bayar beli data berbulan2, line macam data dah expired, slow giler tiap saat tiap minit stuck.. Full bar with 4G just like nothing..baik tak payah ada data macam ni..dah report langsung takde respon..line pun kene covid ke? Kalau camni tutup je la terus celcom..i rather tukar line baru..dah la ada i mase de kelas online dia punya line everything "no connection" ,anjayy!! Dulu okay je..tapi tak tau la even line lain slow but still it work, ni celcom just zero lahh..2 month already paid ..dlm mase tu jugak aku macam pakai basic...

the worst telco ever!! bad product, bad service. I terminated celcom broadband few months ago because the line is so slowww. And paid final bill at the counter. After few months, coming back to me asking for unbilled amount. so unprofessional. when I ask during the termination process, the agent said it is final bill? why don't you finalise the bill during the termination process. now you want to take legal action on customer and ask customer to pay for legal cost? very very bad telco. I hope you go bankrupt. Loss customer, loss market share, loss jobs.

Very bad internet service. Also I have been using celcom for over 10 years and there's no rewards except for RM2 free credit once a year?? I've been investing a lot of money on Celcom and this is what I get. Im so disappointing.
