“I was with celcom for 11 years. Went to sunscribe the most expensive plans available for the internet quota and other perks. Due to covid i have been using wifi instead of data. But @celcom line is really bad. I couldnt access internet when i am out in KL. Basically didnt get what i paid for. Internet quota available but no signal. Hence i opted out after 11 years. Celcom never bother to check on me even after 11 years as if they dont care if they loose their customers. Suddenly after close to 3 months, some random number called telling me i have outstanding bill whoch i have never received from celcom. These people yelling at me telling me to go to celcom center (why should i anyways?) If you want the money, bill me professionally. Now to get the bill, they say i need to pay RM10 for the bill to be emailed (a bill that was never sent to me, but demanded money for). Even J&T cost cheaper than that. So glad i opted out from celcom. Bad coverage. Expensive charges. Hidden charges. Bad customer service. Unprofessional company.”

“the worst telco ever!! bad product, bad service. I terminated celcom broadband few months ago because the line is so slowww. And paid final bill at the counter. After few months, coming back to me asking for unbilled amount. so unprofessional. when I ask during the termination process, the agent said it is final bill? why don't you finalise the bill during the termination process. now you want to take legal action on customer and ask customer to pay for legal cost? very very bad telco. I hope you go bankrupt. Loss customer, loss market share, loss jobs.”

“What I didn’t like is that, it requires me to subscribe for the phone care of RM18/month for 3months when I purchased the phone plan. Requested specifically during my initial purchase that not continue after 3months and yet I’ve been receiving the subscription after 3months. “@Celcom hopefully case aku kau settle kan cepat, i submit a report with prove on the 2nd June and until now tak settle.
Other than that, I've called their customers services and they submit another report but still no update.(unreliable)
and again called lagi sebab no update whatsoever. ( after 5 days of no notice or SMS or email ) no update, macam tak buat report je.
Time aku, make the call AGAIN ( berapa banyak kali aku kene call sampai bill aku cecah 1000 ke.?!
