I don't randomly freak out or binge eat or ever even slightly think about wanting to die or vanish. Things that I thought about daily just dont even cross my mind anymore. I have little to none of the same social issues I had before. I am able to hold down a job now. I'm a better parent and spouse. And every single day It will hit me, it's been so and so long since I did this that or the other thing and it's all very positive. I've quit smoking and drinking entirely I've lost 12 pant sizes. “While I have been able to receive treatment and my prescriptions, I feel there is a fundamental problem with the mode of communication. It is difficult to get responses from my care coordinator in a timely manner even when the communication is rather urgent. Calling about prescriptions sends you back to the portal. To make matters worse in the portal you are not always talking to the same people and information gets confused between them leading to even longer wait times. The best experience I have had is when I have been in direct contact with my provider rather than the care coordinators who don’t seem to know what is going on or willing to respond in a timely manner.”

“My first experience with Cerebral was really positive - I was matched with a prescriber in my area who I had a good first session with and who prescribed me medication that is helping. However, I also signed up for therapy and have had a hard time finding a therapist whose schedule doesn't show they are booked for the next 6 months. There was also a glitch in the app because it wouldn't let me access my account until I signed up for an appointment with a care counselor which I wasn't able to do so I went in circles for a couple weeks trying to figure that out..... Then I emailed and was given an appointment time at 7:00am and I tried to make it but with a job and an infant, well..... I had to reschedule it to over 2 weeks later. As of this review, I have still not had a therapy session with a care counselor.”
