Plus, I’m actually suppose to be doing weekly therapy but I couldn’t afford it once I moved here. And now that I have insurance I can! So this plan is exactly what I need. I’m so happy to be able to have someone to talk to weekly. For the past three years I’ve been in weekly therapy. It is very helpful to me.”
“I am unhappy. I have entered my insurance information, and the medical authorization is not being sent to my insurance. My pharmacy has been trying to reach someone to rectify the situation, but there is no option to speak to a person or know if the voicemail she left was received. How do I get the authorization to my insurance? It is not fair to expect me to front $330 every month when I have insurance. If this doesn't get fixed, I will be severing my relationship with Cerebral. Also, I reached out via the app and email-- I have not received any responses from anyone either. As I said-- If Cerebral cannot seem to get my authorization to my pharmacy immediately (I am now out of meds over this issue), then I will be severing my relationship and seeking help elsewhere. I am here for anxiety, and this situation has magnified it.”
“My meeting with the prescriber went well, she was very kind and helpful. I have yet to have a meeting with a care counselor though as it has been rescheduled three times, which was a big reason I wanted to try cerebral. It isn't clear how to switch to a different care counselor either. Would like to get the help I'm paying for.”

“In the month, I've moved between two prescribers and three care coordinators. This past Thursday, I reached out about having left my medication at home while flying to a different destination. I reached back out Friday morning through the portal and also called to get my medication filled here while I was away. I called again Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. There has been no response from my care team, and the issue was never addressed.”

“I’m trying to cancel and I’m not impressed. I signed up a month ago and am just now suppose to be meeting with a care counselor, a month later. I don’t even need to meet with them at this point. The availability is of providers is awful.”
