For decades I have felt so alone with my anxiety and panic attacks! Thanks to Cerebral I feel empowered and understood. I feel like I am working towards a peaceful life.

Your mental health NEEDS to be a priority! I have been putting off going to see a doctor for my Depression, Anxiety, and (just diagnosed) ADHD for a while now… Trying to pretend that I could take care of it on my own…. That I could handle it…. That I wasn’t drowning. But with each passing week, I was getting more and more stressed and angry, and less and less ME. But with the 3 kids, work, my marriage, and a house to keep from crumbling, I wasn’t lacking for excuses. Those excuses became dust when I found Cerebral! It’s all the mental health care that I need at my fingertips! I can have my appointments from anywhere, schedule emergency sessions/appointments or send a quick chat message to ask about things while I’m thinking about them instead of waiting until my next appointment, and even get my medication shipped directly to the house! Plus I get to pay with my HSA and have my own Care Counselor reminding me to make appointments or finish paperwork on time…. Seriously makes my ADHD brain less cluttered and everyone has been amazingly compassionate and insightful. What are you waiting for???

I love Cerebral! It is very easy to use. Very client focused. Every person I have met has been very kind and attentive and supportive. I am able to communicate with my team easily through the app or website. I have never had mental health support like this.

If you need medication quickly, it's a nice service. If you need therapy to talk to someone, you may want to look into therapists in your area. You can only meet with your care counselor once a month on here, and it's really just to check in and see how you're doing on the medication. I like my care counselor a lot, but I wish I could meet with her two times a month instead of one on the basic service package. The basic package is already fairly expensive for the service being received. (No slight against my counselor; they're great. Just meeting for one 30 minute session a month is not enough for the base monthly fee.)

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I have to pay everything out of pocket and my insurance is not billed. Otherwise, I am extremely satisfied when th the care that I have received. I've been to several clinics and none holds a candle to Cerebral. These guys put the capital P in Professionalism. They genuinely listen and I have received more help in the two visits I've had over all the visits everywhere else. These guys are the best Hands down! I highly recommend them! I did not understand the following questions because nothing was delivered to me.

So far everyone I talked to has been amazing. But even after subscribing and having seen prescribers, I still don't know if I'm going to be medicated through cerebral or not and was told that they might not have the clearance to treat bipolar 1 in Arizona. They told me they would let me know right away, and it's been about two weeks.

I have nothing to compare this with, however there is no real counciling,it comes across for me as just a prescriber and someone just reading from a script on a screen ,im just stating facts.

I just started I don’t know what to call this program/app/counseling but it’s working so far. My counselors are very polite and considerate. I thought I was a messed up person that can’t be fixed but they helped me realize that it’s just minor mental issues that can be solved with medication and counseling.

I can't say enough about the concern shown by Cerebral when my Cerebral coverage seemed at risk. They pulled a rabbit out of the hat and was able to maintain my Cerebral coverage. Very happy about their empathetic approach.

This is 10x better than going to my regular doctor that overcharges me to then give a referral to a specialist that overcharges me and doesn’t listen. I love cerebral and am upset that I didn’t learn about this years ago.

The "care counselor" just reads verbatium from scripting which is extremely impersonal. seeing a provider once a month is not worth the money especially when out of pocket. I waited over a MONTH to have the meds shipped to my home. Therapy not offered in my state.

Cerebral is incredibly expensive. The total cost of services is not properly explained. Expecting to pay (around) 45 a month for a prescription and a monthly “counselor” visit seemed reasonable. After all, it’s just a prescriber visit. However, the cost nearly doubles. That’s close to 90 dollars a month for what? Prescribers are never available to answer questions that a patient has. I felt as if medication was given to me without really getting to know me as a person. They were treating the ailment and not the patient.
